I am sorry but the question is not very clear as well since i’m not sure what do you mean by removing here? do you mean removing the display than you can simply set this to display:none and the div will go away from front end.

You can try this code inside Avada > Theme Options > custom CSS Tab

 .fusion-post-content-wrapper{display: none !important;}

This area is specifically for archives only so you can find it when you edit your portfolio or post category / archive pages, try and edit a portfolio archive / category page and scroll down to the very bottom there you should see the taxonomy options

Hi we would like to purchase the theme but we would like to know first if it supports outsourced icons and if we can do the hosting (We are a CSP provider) Thank you :)

You can upload your own custom icons in image formats in our theme however if you want to use an icon set of your own that is a custom icon set such as fontawesome this will require customisation into theme files, its not possible out of the box right now.

Yes you are right! one license covers one domain but if you are migrating to another domain and closing old one you can use the same license, however in case of additional domain or subdomain you will require another separate license :)

Right now, using the Fusion Options you can set up a unique menu on a page/post basis -> https://d.pr/i/eYmvO5 – however, you cannot set up unique logo’s per page/post. A unique logo per page/post is however in our development list to implement and will be coming in a future release of Avada

The Layer and revolution Sliders are bundled with Avada. As for Layer Slider, the plugin developers do add features that require stand alone licenses, something that we do not control and it has zero impact on the actual functionality fo th core plugin.

I have a problem with your theme… When i edit something in fusion builder and i’m going to “SAVE” or “CANCEL” changes, the theme and wordpress it stay blocked.

I have a question that someone may have worked on before. I am trying to show a different background image for visitors in the UK and then a different image for visitors from the US (through either the Fusion slider or possibly revolution slider) Is this possible and if so, are there any recommended plugins to achieve this?

This is simple and I don’t want to open a full blown support ticket. I have disabled all plugins on the latest 5.3.3 cleared caches and restarted php-fpm. The fusion page builder plugin breaks the Photo Gallery interface in a “post”. The gallery editor pops up and there is a gray overlay on it… killing the function. wordpress.org/plugins/photo-gallery/ – The photo gallery plugin works fine with the Fusion page builder disabled and no other plugins conflicting.

I had a look at our support history, particularly recent history and this has not been reported as an issue as of yet. Because this is a potential 3rd party plugin compatibility issue, we would need to take a closer look at this in situ to see what the potential issue might or might no be

You’re right. It’s been reported as an issue as of now. If you install the plugin on your own set up then you could reach out to them because it’s your area of expertise. We are merely users.

There was a recent change in WordPress regarding the editor for which we had to change our own editor too, perhaps the plugin author needs to double check their plugin compatibility with our Fusion Builder again in this case so please get in touch with them regarding this new change as well :)

If you want us to check this out in further details please open a support ticket and we will see if some z-indexing CSS can solve this issue.

We discovered that our developer had no registered the theme “Token does not have the necessary permissions. Please create a new token and make sure the following permissions are enabled for it: View Your Envato Account Username, Download Your Purchased Items, List Purchases You’ve Made, Verify Purchases You’ve Made.” I’ve registered the theme, and cannot save Page/div box changes upon clicking the blue button. Please help

That is not at all related to token registration or anything, just make sure that you are on the latest version of theme that is 5.3.0 and if you are make sure that you clear your browser and plugins cache also clear fusion cache from Avada > Theme Options > Adv. > Dynamic CSS & JS Tab Once you are done with that please check your issue again and it should save the content just fine or try from another browser or incognito window in chrome, if the issue persist please do open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

Hey there, Im interested in a theme of yours – Avada health – and since I’ve had problems with previous WP themes with this I have to check before I buy. Does this theme support encoding so it accepts special chars on menus and other sections on the site? I mean chars like ã ç é , etc . as I said I’ve used themes before that filters would break when special chars were added on categories titles for example. The filters wouldnt work.

i have also checked by renaming a category and filters do work in our portfolio as you can see here => http://prntscr.com/he1zu1

How exactly was it breaking the filter for you in the older case so i can check further and provide better response.

That was exactly the problem, filtering between categories . :) I hope you didn’t get the wrong idea. when I said I had problems before I didn’t mean it was with any of your templates ! This is my first purchase from you guys , so I had to check this detail since the site is going to be written not only in English but in Portuguese as well . Thanks for the quick reply and for the trouble of sending the Screenshots to show I won’t have problems :) much appreciate it , I’ll buy the template no doubt, best regards and keep up the good work.

Blog posts are not being displayed anymore! Just letting you guys know , i tried everything and different browsers.

Please make sure that you have some content put into the blog posts if you are using masonry or grid layout, if you only have an image assigned they will be invisible on the pages however we have fixed this issue in our next version which will be out soon enough.

Let us know if your issue is still there if you add title or content or any other meta and open a ticket with us please so we can further investigate this.

The new update broke my site. Now all I can see all over my website are bunch of [short]codes. Tried clearing cache and using other browser to no avail. Tried reverting back to v4.0.3 but it caused my frontend and backend to be inaccessible. Dunno what to do now :(

Please read this article, the reason you were seeing shortcodes is because somehow the shortcode conversion was not triggered or was cancelled on demand, for that purpose we have a manual conversion script ready to be triggered from Avada > System Status Tab

Hello, I already have a modified Avada theme installed by an agency (no child theme) and would like to do an update which is not possible because I got no license key … can I do the update when I purchase the Avada theme and what would be best practice to not destroy my modified template? Thank you

Of course I can only do the update after purchasing … I was asking if the update is possible then without losing the modification the agency has made on the theme.

If not I just can’t keep on using Avada … I have to make an update because my current Avada version doesn’t work with the latest WordPress installation.

Yeah it was such a small detail and it would really be information regarding several websites not just one.. so putting in a support ticket to cover it would have been a waste of your support centers time..

as i have several sites using Avada, and they all use contact form 7, i have tried this many times before but now i have a client who cant live without it..

a ticket has now been sent but i did not fill in all the information for the reasons above, would that still allow the team to send the answer.
