I have tried to make an account for the support page at theme fusion. I get an error message: Please enter a valid purchase code. Please click on the ‘What Is This?’ link below for steps to find your purchase code. I entered the code that is labeled: Item Purchase Code.
My basic issue is that the Revolution Slider is not displaying on page.
For the forum, can you please try to type in the purchase code manually instead of copying/pasting? That should work. If not, please email me the code. To email us, visit the link below and find the “email theme fusion” box on the lower right hand side, send us an email from there. Don’t worry about the auto-reply, I’ll still get the email.
For the rev slider issue, please disable any extra 3rd party plugins, then clear cache and see if it works. If it does not, we need to get more information on our forum once you get signed up.
Let us know, Thanks!
Hello, is it possible to show page as an iframe with Lightbox effect with this theme?
And also does this theme have modal box feature?
There is no modal box feature. You can use iFrames with the theme but it depends on how you are setting it up. Our support team can answer any questions you have on our forum. Signup and post a new topic there with any details/questions and we’ll reply.
Hi, I am thinking about using the theme for a second website, the first one was a great success. I do have a pre-sales questions. This site will be using a 350 image simple ‘slideshow’. (Could not talk my client out of it). I found a WP gallery plugin called NextGEN that possibly could accommodate that. http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/wordpress-gallery-plugin/nggallery/slideshow/
1) Does the AVADA theme support other plugins short code?
2) Can your support team assist with some code if needed? (happy to pay for it).
Thanks in advance,
Happy to hear the first one was a great success!
Yes NextGen works with Avada so you can use that for the gallery if you’d like. We do not give out code customizations though, however if you need custom work done you can always check out Microlancer.com. And on our forum we can assist you with any theme related questions or issues. For custom coding though, we can try to offer some advice but cannot complete the request ourselves.
Hope this helps, thanks!
Hi, I am waiting for the PageBuilder version of Avada to start building my site. Since this issue is a recurring one and many people keep asking, do you have an approximate date for the launch of the theme with the page builder included?
Our custom page builder is being developed now and has been for the past month or two. It will release as v4.0, which will be out by the end of the 1Q at the latest. Possibly sooner but we can only give out an ETA. In the meantime, we are still releasing v3.x with new features and additions.
I have a pre-sales question, but I’m not sure that this is the best place for my question? I’ve been using WordPress for a couple years now, about half a dozen websites with a few different themes, so I’m not a complete novice.
I think Arvada is beautiful, but I’m specifically looking for an easy way to deploy a boxed style with a background photo of my choice. I don’t really have any experience with photo backgrounds. Do you have good documentation to support that? Step by step instructions including the photo sizes supported?
You can have a boxed site with a photo background, its very easy to do with Avada. Its just a matter of selecting “boxed” then uploading your photo
The sizes all depend on what you prefer to have. There are several options for the bkgd image to repeat on the screen, or fill up 100% width and so on. If you need assistance with that after you buy the theme, you can post on our support forum and we will walk you through it if needed.
Thanks for the quick response! Sounds good. Not sure when, buy I’ll be starting that project very soon. I guess it’s time that I jump on the Arvada bandwagon!
Thank you very much! The Avada bandwagon is a great place to be
can you please install bbPress on the dark demo as well?
Thank you very much
Yes we are a bit behind in updating the dark demo! I will be getting it up to date soon. bbPress works well with the dark skin as well, here is a quick screenshot: http://d.pr/i/gMWB
Don’t worry. Loogs great, could you just also post a screenshot from the thread view?
Do you mean this: http://d.pr/i/dhT6

Guys, how can we update LayerSlider?
We issue theme updates with the latest layer and rev sliders. Since its a bundled premium plugin, it has to be offered that way. If you purchase the layer slider on your own, then you can install it with Avada, just be sure to disable the bundled layer slider via theme options > extra tab.
Avada v3.3.1 is coming in about a week and will contain the latest layer slider.
@jascraft CROSSING MY FINGERS for that modal popup feature! I’ve already suggested it, I knew people would be wanting that feature lol ! Avada needs to hire me, I can take their sales to 10 million dollars!!
Yep the modal popup is on our list! 10 million sounds good
I have a pre-sale question.
Is possible to remove the delay to load of feature images?
There is no set delay, the images load in like 1-2 seconds for us, its just the process of the browser loading the page.
Please, does your theme support woocommerce plugin? does it support ignition desk payment plugin?
Yes it supports Woo, you can see it all on our live demo.http://theme-fusion.com/avada/shop/
We have not used it with ignition desk payment though so we cannot say for certain.
You are most welcome
gallery portrait and landscape are not working
These are working for us so we would need to see your setup and figure out what is wrong. First please disable any 3rd party plugins you have running and clear your cache to see if it fixes it. If not, please signup and post on our support forum.
I am using Home Version 3 for the homepage design of my site http://temp.howtogrowabuildingbusiness.com/ but it seems different from the actual demo of Avada theme. I tried changing the homepage design into other Home layouts but it is still doesn’t look similar to the demos. I don’t know what causes the problem. Please help. Thanks.
Seems some of your page content may not be correct. Are you using Avada v3.3? If not, please update the theme, see links below:

Hi, have a presales question.. is it possible to have a one page site using avada?
Currently its not possible out of the box, it would require some code changes on your part. However, we are planning on adding this feature to the theme in a future release.
I would like to purchase this theme , it looks awesome, my doubt is thia theme having custom login and registration page? or default wordpress log in and registration page?
Thanks for the comments! All themes will have the default Wordpress login page. If you want a custom login page, you can use any number of wordpress plugins that have that feature.
I have a pre-purchase question : When you say unlimited colours and fonts you mean i could change the white background also in to any colour?
Thank you in advance
Yes you can change the white background to any color you wish. you can change just about any color you see on the site, all done via our theme options panel, nice and easy
Hi, the email address I used to register with your support forum no longer exists and my laptop got stolen and I no longer have my password so its impossible for me to login at the moment. How do I resolve this? Thanks.
Oh no! Sorry to hear all that happened. Please email me your forum username and purchase code and I’ll get it setup for you. To email us, visit the link below and find the “email theme fusion” box on the lower right hand side, send us an email from there. Don’t worry about the auto-reply, I’ll still get the email.
I know people might have asked this but is the main menu editable because the size is to small and also is it possible to add custom icons next to them?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry, if you guys could give the line number in the style.css for the top menu or main menu would be great thank.
Yes you can change the size of the main menu, there is a font size option for it in theme options > typography, there is no need for custom CSS. Most things like that can be done via our theme options panel.
Icons next to menu text is not possible at this time unless you custom code it.
If you have further questions or need assistance with that, signup and post on our support forum and our support team will take good care of you. Create a free account there, then create a new topic with your questions and include your site URL and version of Avada and we will be with you promptly.
