Hi

The homepage is broken right after updating from the previous to the last version.

Do you know what to do, when the mobile homepage lost all its graphiccs, due to updating the theme ?

My support is expired, as I used the template much later, so i post here for any tips about what to do.

The Avada is using the e-commerce website template, i didn’t made any changes

Since last update (7.13.1), I can no longer use ACF Text fields from my posts when defining a Postcard. There only is a list of Text Fields from the global options page.This has a major impact preventing any changes on my websites.

BTW, it is the second change with a major impact on sites : the previous one was with 7.12 when “introducing” the support for ACF True/False fields (that were actually working perfectly fine) which immplied to replace 1 by true as the value in all the use of the true/false fields while in the meanwhile the sites were broken due to the test for value 1 was no longer working.

Note : YES, I know, this is where backups are useful. But, PLEASE, do more tests on your side.

I’m having the same issue as this guy a day ago, “Hi, since updating Avada Builder 3.13.1 (Avada 7.13.1), Edit on posts/pages redirects to front-end 404. Works only if Builder is disabled. Cache cleared & permalinks re-saved. Need a fix.” except my problem is a 500 error not a 404.

Worked with my hosting support, tried clearing cache, and resaving permalinks over and over. Please provide a fix, as this is unusable, at least for me.

How can I change the “Skip to content” link color in Avada?

I have extended my support, but my Avada does not show this, so I cannot open a ticket there.

I’m currently working on improving accessibility on my website using the Avada theme. I’m trying to change the text link color of the “Skip to content” link that appears when pressing the Tab key.

WAVE detects a contrast error on that link, and I would like to adjust its colors to meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Could you please let me know:

Where or how I can modify the styling of this specific link?

Is there a dedicated Avada option for it, or should I apply custom CSS?

When a user presses the Tab key on the keyboard, a “Skip to content” link appears at the top of the page. this is the “Skip to content”

Can you please try and resave permalinks by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Settings ⇒ Permalinks. Once done please make a check to edit the post.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve already tried re-saving the permalinks multiple times — unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Here are a few key notes that might help:

The problem only appears on the live server, not on my local MAMP environment (where everything works fine).

It started right after updating Avada Builder to version 3.13.1.

The 404 error occurs when trying to edit posts or pages on the front-end.

If I disable the Avada Builder plugin, the issue completely disappears.

So it seems directly related to the Builder update. Please advise on a possible fix or patch.

Currently we do not have the option to use Avada as SaaS. This will require quite some customisation and subdomains may require a separate license

I inserted AdSense code into a code block using the Avada theme’s layout, but no ads are displayed. However, automatic ads are displayed correctly. I’ve also seen the same issue on websites with other Avada themes. Could it be that ads placed in code blocks within the layout aren’t being displayed?

The latest update took our website DOWN. We had to restore a backup. All the pages and posts were there, but we could not see any content when we looked at the front end. This is BAD, and we are very disappointed. We sent in a ticket but are writing this for everyone else. Restore a backup of your website until they fix this issue! Our website went blank literally!

I have presale question, I am at moment checking all the elements in image carousel. I see there quite good. However I see cool element which supported swipe from mobile rather than simple button. Here I highlighted https://app.screencast.com/lMZslyGCFDUom however there were no instructions on how to achive it or can have that effect on other image carsoul element too.

Is there a way to enforce global settings, for example, with a button? Currently, I have a border applied to my custom buttons throughout my site when I added them. But if I wanted to remove the border in the Global settings, it wouldn’t remove the border on the individual buttons. It would be great if you could enforce specific settings globally. It would make rebranding your website a lot faster.

You should defintely be seeing the global options set in button element applied to all the buttons in your website, however that works only if the button element is set to Default styling from design tab, if however you have changed the styling to custom, button will not be taking the styles set inside the global options.

I’ve just installed the latest Avada ecommerce demo. And when i click on a product that’s on a homepage, from a desktop, all works all ok.

But when I click from a mobile, then it throws to a error page, with “something great is happening, please come back later”
