What Is The Support Time?
Many support and technical questions are answered in theme documentation, please read theme Documentation first and follow from top to bottom, you will find the detailed instruction to setup each element in theme.
All of your emails will be reviewed and checked manually carefully. However, based on the number support tickets and the nature of the request itself, the response time can be up to 24 – 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
What I have to do when I need your support?
If you already read our Full Online Documentation but still cannot find a solution for your question, please follow below steps:
1/ Create a staff account for support@halothemes.com if it is theme issue/ bug (with Themes permission at least) http://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
2/ Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue, it would be great if you can capture screenshot or video for the issue you get to
