The license wouldn't appear to download for almost a month. I gave up. Finally, I've logged in again, and they can be downloaded without the code line just being blank. Not sure if it was the website seller's fault or what. But it really inconvenienced me. I'm starting again now, 2 months after I should've used this theme and its license.

We are sorry to hear this but you can always find your license as well import the demo content so if you at any point have issues with the demo import, we would kindly ask you to check your resources
as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file
Also, if you have any additional questions we would kindly ask you to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help you with this. This theme is very complicated. Why do you need to add your own builder if you already have WPBakery Page builder? All of the Mikato options are confusing and not mobile friendly. Had to hire multiple developers to get this theme to work.

Please note that we do have WPBakery included within the theme and this is the only builder that serves for editing the pages.
Our theme does offer a lot of options which you can for sure change so that it suits your needs. Please understand that commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer the framework of their own option, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities, and custom elements, and the learning curve can be steep sometimes, especially when you are facing some new theme for the first time. Knowing all that you have to understand that you actually need to experiments with these options and learn some of the, and best practice for that is to actually import theme demo content.
Also, we actually do think that we do have our theme covered well with our theme documentation and our help center knowledge base with many great articles that might help on the way.
You should know that you can always count on our support team for help and guidance, as right now we could not locate any ticket created by your Envato username and we do think that it is rather unfair to rate our theme this way. Our support help center is working unconditionally and you are always open to submit a request.

The Aviana theme is not updating anymore. The last update was in 2019. Woocommerce also mentions that the theme is to old. Also the WP Bakery version 5.7 is outdated, as version 6.2 is the most recent one.
Want to submit a ticket in Qode, but can't find the required purchase code in envato market..

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out, but if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please submit a ticket on our help center and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions.

I have purchased 100's of themes on themeforest and I have my favorite themes, but support for this theme has been spectacular! They have helped me finish my best website yet!

I really love these templates. But I have tried reaching out to the support team with no response yet. I purchased 2 licenses thinking that maybe something was wrong with the first one. I was told by WPBakery that the programs Frontend Editor is blocked and that the developer needs to unblock it. I have been unable to edit my site, due to waiting on their response. I can get a website done in 1 day and I have been delayed 2 days already. I really wish someone would check the support ticket and help me so i can meet my deadline. I hate giving a 3 stars when I know the product deserves 5 stars, but having to wait so long for support is completely unfair to anyone who wants to get up and rolling.
