Hi Team, Firstly I appreciate for making amazing theme. I have recently purchased the theme. I been doing importing the demo theme. my every attempt is failed it just stopes at middle and never complete importing demo. I have raised the ticket kindly help me on this. and another thing I am also planning to buy your other theme shortly keep up the great work.

Hello, when importing theme, I see several folders with a lot of images and very large in size. Folder with names:

wp-content -> uploads -> 2017 wp-content -> uploads -> 2018 wp-content -> uploads -> 2020 wp-content -> uploads -> 2022 ...

Why is it folders? And is it safe to delete them?

To enable the payment option during the booking one needs to install ‘Payments with WooCommerce’ addon for Booked plugin which is included in the package.

Thus, your visitors will book an appointment. During this process, they will choose a product (and options if available) and submit the form to book the appointment. The appointment will be saved as “Awaiting Payment”. The time slot will be filled for now. If you have your appointments set to auto-approve, then it will be approved at this point. The customer will be taken directly to the checkout to pay for the appointment. Once paid, the appointment will be marked as “Paid”. Hi there. My support has expired but I was wondering if you can tell me why even though I am using a child-theme, upon updating the theme today, many styles set in admin/appearance/theme options do not show (colors, fonts, footer colors) but are still set when I check admin.

I really need help with this. I think if I don’t always have the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder I can’t use it or my Backend editor doesn’t work, only the codes appear.

I really need to have it work all the time without waiting for the author to update it, please can someone help me fix this issue. Also I tried to renew the JS Composer on my Web Hosting page and I deleted the old folder, wanted to upload the new one but it didn’t work. Now my Website is down.

​Hello.

I would like to say the theme is really nice for what I need but need to fix some problems or will never can use this for what I payed for.

1- there’s a picture in the front-page edit area that makes impossible to edit the page. attached picture 2- the rev sliders home-1 and home-2 can’t be imported. Last installation I made was with an older version of the theme and everything was perfect. Updated theme and installing everything again but sliders can’t be imported. Checked memory and max upload file sizes, OK.

Would like to be able to import all the content and edit the pages without that picture. Thanks for your help.

So you may increase width of column where menu is located in Column settings> Responsive options in your Header layout.

Try to increase width of column with logo and increase width of column for menu.

Also try to locate row with logo and menu without Content area.
