This theme is really great, but i have a little problem with the loader. I can’t delete the avoir logotype and gif on the loader page. The section in theme options for this change seems to be blocked. Someone knoms how to fix that ?

Please, make sure you have updateted to the latest version of Avoir (1.3.9) which resolves some issues. The package is available on your Envato account on the Downloads section. After updating the theme don’t forget to update the requested plugins. Last but not least, to consolidate the changes, go to Theme Options on any tab and click on Save changes (you don’t need to make any actual changes). At this point, check again and you should be able to replace the loader icon with anyone you need.
If the problem persists, contact us via our support desk. You may need to renew your license though.

First, you need to login to Dashboard. Then, go to Theme Options > Footer > Info Bar. On the section, you can change the text and also the number of Info Bar Columns.

First, you need to activate the theme (or better, the child theme). Then, make sure you have added and activated Plethora Features Library (which is included with the theme and is required for the theme to work). After activating the requested plugin, go to Dashboard > Tools and click on Avoir Demo Importer. Next, you will be directed to another page where you will be able to select one of the demos. Depending on the demo you choose, you may need to add and activate additional plugins before you get a green light to start the import process.
The latest update is still NOT compatible with Page Builder 6.0.3, there’s a million JS errors in console, when editing pages. Please test your releases better. Rolling back. _

We have tested the latest version of our theme in a number of online and local installations and we didn’t notice any issues. There is only one TypeError on the home page but it’s normal and will go away as soon as you enter the Instagram account data (or deactivate the module).
If you are facing additional issues, we’d like to know. If possible, attach any log files you have collected.

Hi This is a beautiful theme. I installed avoir and child on my Wordpress account following the documentation instructions. For some reason the pages do not look like the demo here? We get a message of a privacy error on the page. It looks like is not configured properly. Please, correct that and, let us know to check the website.
Note that, if you’re referring to the images, it is absolutely normal to look blurred as, we do not have a license to redistribute them, we’ can only use them on our demo. We provide very low-resolution images with the demo to maintain a similarity with the online demo.
Hi please disregard the error that has nothing to do with the design I purchased. I’m not asking about images. I’m referring to layout. The theme that I purchased was not the same one that I took a demo of. The Wordpress version doesn’t look like the php version. I feel like I received a bait and switch. May I please ask for a refund I have taken the website down.

There is no such thing as a “php” version. In fact, PHP is the HTML pre-processor that is heavily used by WordPress. The theme integrates PHP as long as JavaScript and CSS to work. The imported demo(s) is identical to the online demo(s) website (apart from the images, which are blurred due to license restriction.
Note that, currently, Avoir has two demos. It is possible you have imported another demo. In that case, you may need to remove the installation and add a new one or erase the database and import the other demo.
You are free to apply for a refund but I doubt the sales department will approve it. Please, take some time to review the customer refund policy https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy.

Actually, you can allow any number of items on a Portfolio Masonry or other Grid setup. To edit / review the current item limit, edit the page where the Grid is published and, edit the Projects Grid element. Then go to Data Tab and, roll down a bit to locate the Items Limit field. There, you can set the value you need or simply add -1 to allow all projects appear on the Grid. Don’t forget to Save changes and Update page when finished.

After updating the plethora-featureslib plugin, I keep getting a PHP error. Looks like a bug. Doesn’t happen with the older plugin version.

2) ...if you have accidentally dismissed the notice, you can find the plugin in the /wpc-ontent/themes/avoir/includes/plugins/js_composer.zip file. You can go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin

Yes, this site is using our Avoir WP. Although the theme does not support a centered menu with an image at the center out-of-the-box, you can easily override the default settings (just as the author of this website did) with a few custom CSS and display the centered menu with the menu item in the center display the logo of your choice.

Hi, thanks for the template. One probleme occure. On our site, we can find a page, project archive, and we have too delete this page. She is listed on site map but no where else on the backend, so i cant delete it. We realy need too undisplay this page. Our guest doesn’t have too see this one. Thank you for responses.
