So the App developer tells me to contact the theme developer and the theme developer tells me to contact the App team…and round and round we go… In the meantime if I purchase the theme and it does not work then what happens then? I can trial the app but obviously I cant trial the theme.

There is no trial for theme but we have one option. You can buy our theme and try app. If it is not compatible then you can ask for refund within 7 days of theme purchase.

Before purchasing your theme, I have to verify some features that I’m looking for to make sure that it fits my needs. Requirements: 1. Full RTL support(site is based on Hebrew language).2. Cart & Checkout Customization(Or choosing between some options).3. Product Page Customization(Or choosing between some options).4. Theme is optimized for a well speed score according to GTMetrix and Google Page Speed Insight.5. Theme is designed and optimized for large e-commerce stores with the ability to work stable and fast as well for sites with over 5,000products with multiple variations.6. Product Reviews section with the ability to upload images(by customer). 7. Smart Bundle section on product page(Frequently Bought Together). 8. Product Variation display on product page with image(Display variation as a small image). 9. Store sale condition for whole products on site that means 3+1 then while customer adding 4 products to cart, the cheapest product calculated free and then customer paying only for the 3 most expensive products on cart. 10. Use of AJAX on critical sections(for example Cart page while updating quantities). By the way, Can I see a Hebrew site that uses your theme on shopify for example?

For a better and proactive support, it will be better if you could directly answer and provide guide here when people ask some regular questions. Doing so, you will make your users autonomous and on top of that, it will also save you some time because many people will find answers to their questions without the need to open a ticket.

Earlier, we were answering simple support questions in the comment section, but then different buyers were arguing that we should contact here just like others for theme support. No, You can not use theme on multiple store. Theme will active on any one store.

We haven’t tested this app with our theme but our theme is compatible almost shopify apps
