I recently downloaded the up-to-date avone theme and I’m currently implementing it on a client’s website. However, I’m having an issue… I’ve looked in every menu in the theme editor and checked the documentation… There doesn’t seem to be a way to change the size of headings in elements like collections lists, product sliders and store features. Could you point me in the right direction?
You can manage section title text from layout settings in theme settings.
quick question. Does your theme perfectly support square product images or does it have to be 3:2?
Yes, our themes support square product images. Actually, we have given a dynamic option to select image ratio in our themes. You set any size ratio for product images.
The lates update you posted 5.3 version has no product template. I uploaded it to start from fresh as i had older version below 4.5 bit the product page does not show up neither is there any product template in there.

I have downloaded the file multiple times. It says “No templates found for products” when i go on the products section when inside the shopify editor. I need to renew support for ths it does not make sense, can i just use the product.json from the verson 5.1 and put in the latest version will taht work or is there any changes there.
You can copy the product.json file from the 5.1 version theme. If getting any error on the save page, remove that value from the json file, then save the page. You need to add a few blocks again from theme customization, like variant options. You can do same steps for latest version files as well.
Its just that i am not a developer and i just figure thsi stuff by googling and we been using your theme for over 3 years now, i dont get it why is there no product.json file in the one i downloaded and i downlaoded it multiple times through multiple devices, when is the next update coming?
Here is the issue you have the product.json file in the theme but it does not upload and show in shopify and when i manually try to copy and paste the code from you fine to the theme it says error i think thats the reason its not uploadign in shopify and its issue in the new update you uloaded i think, can you please uplaod it in shopify and check if you see the product.json in the shopify theme edit secction because even though yes its in the fodler i downloaded its does not appear on the shopify.

Yeah its working now, however onther issue if ound was that whenever we add product to cart it shows up in the ajax cart drawer but the no. on the cart at the top right of the page does not change unless we refresh the page.

my support is already expiered and it does not make sense to keep buying support with every new release becuase this problem exist in every new theme release and when we approach the proble it should be fixed isted of making us spend more which just make this theme more expensive. The problem is when we add to cart the cart sign on the header does not update nor the shipping message on the product page update to say you got free shipping, just wanted to give a feedback so you could fix it because thats a problem on the theme, no buying any support for that. its like selling a broken phone and asking to pay more to fix it
That issue has been resolved. You may now download files or contact support at support@adornthemes.com with your store URL. If the problem pertains to the theme itself, we fix it in theme and ensure it remains updated. However, if the issue is experienced solely by an individual due to app conflict or custom modifications, it is necessary for the buyer to submit a support request.
Hi My support has been expired and the license is showing attached with “That license key has been invalidated, due to being active domain homewood-furniture.myshopify.com”

One last question, is this theme also suitable for skin care products..?? Because I only see that it is suitable for accessories, shoes, clothes and bags, but I did not see anything related to skin care products..!? My store is for skin care products, clothes and makeup, does it suit me..?

Does this theme have an option for drop-down for variants instead of buttons? I have several products with many variations and on a mobile screen it’s very cluttered. Drop-down variant selector would be a much cleaner option and easier for the customer. This is something that is available on the free Dawn theme and seems like it should be available on your theme as well.

Thank you for your reply. I already knew I could set dropdown for the entire theme. I guess I wasn’t clear what I was asking. In the Dawn theme, it is available on the product page template as “Variant Picker”. Since I only need dropdown for a few items, I was hoping to make a product page template just for those products and set to dropdown like on the Dawn theme. Is the ability to do this available in the same form on this theme rather than setting for all products? All I see on this theme for the product page template is “Variant Options” and no settings other than margin bottom. Am I missing something?
Variant type selection not available in Avone theme yet. We are working on this option and you will get this option in block settings in future theme update.

I do have a suggestion for future release of this function. It would be helpful to be able to keep color swatches but have the ability to set dropdown for other options. Colors swatches are very important for some products people sell and are the main reason I can’t use the dropdown now for the entire theme because I need the color swatches to show for most of my products. Even if it were only for the entire theme rather than product page template, it would be very helpful to be able to have color swatches and dropdown option for other variations. Thank you!

Hi imsleepy, It is already available in theme. You can manage this from Theme Settings -> Product Page.
Hello, Thank you for your quick response. I know it is available under theme settings. My questions was if this new update had the option for buttons or dropdown in Variant Options. This new update still does not have that. This renders this Avone template unusable for me and I will have to use the Horizon template now included with Shopify until I can find something else from another developer. I have not been able to use this template for almost a year because of this. This is very sad since I really do like Avone and it seems like it would be an easy option to include but for some reason you insist on keeping it only in template settings where it affects all products rather than including it in Variant Options for the individual products. I have hundreds of products and only need the dropdown for a few of these products which have too many variants for swatches.
Currently, the Avone theme does not support the customization of unique variant styles for each product. However, this feature will be introduced in a forthcoming major update as we will be launching a completely revamped version of the Avone theme. This major update will take a time.
I love this theme. The only thing im missing is that I would like to add a price tag that says how much people save when they add a product to their cart that’s on sale. And I would like to show that in cart and in checkout – is that possible?

When I upgraded to your new version 5.2, I encountered a lot of problems during installation and configuration, some features are not available for the time being, and some features are incompatible, for example, pictures uploaded by the picture slideshow feature cannot be displayed on the cell phone side; I am looking forward to your reply.
Also the website icon is not displaying, even though I have uploaded the image, it still does not display.
And the functionality of your video board lacks basic features like autoplay and button display.
Avone theme version 5.0 and all above version are completely new. Certain features have been removed and new features and sections added. New version is working smooth. If you have more questions or any theme issue, be kind to create a support ticket. Your theme support time expired 2 years ago.

Avone version 5.0 is complete new that you need to install again and setup up your store. If you are facing any issue from theme during set up, that will be fix by support team.

I just noticed an error while doing an SEO audit of my website. Even though the 404 page is customised via the theme editor, when a user types in / clicks on an invalid URL, just the standard shopify 404 page loads up which reads “Page Not Found” and “The page you requested does not exist.”. Can you please tell me how I can sort this out so that the customised 404 page appears?
Also, on each collection page, the collection list is limited to 15, I would like to increase that to 20. I can’t find the setting for that either?

Just a update to this , adding any new section not just Parallax Banner works in in WYSIWG mode but does not show on site , this makes the theme unusable , I’m not sure what to try, Please offer some help
