Hi, I have a new client who installed your theme on his website, I would like to know if you plan to update it since when I try to update PHP to version 8.0 or 8.1 it generates an error, can you help me?

Is there any way to obtain the license number of the installed theme to obtain the new versions? Since the web designer disappeared and they can’t contact him
Hi,
Unfortunately the license is stored on the themeforest account from where the purchase has been made. We cannot know the license number (We can try to find it on our help desk in case they contacted us, via the themeforest username).
We noted this and fix it on a future update (in a few days). But anyhow you should have access to download the update.

Now the problem I have is that Bluehost sent a message that the site must be updated before March 4 because they will update PHP to 8.0 and remove previous versions, how many days do you think it will take for them to release that update?
We don’t think they will retire PHP 7.4. Make sure to keep the version to 7.4.x

WooCommerce is already compatible and included with the theme.
Two logos in the header? With two different links or with only one single link for both of them?

we are an subcontractor for the brand we are not allow to create a new logo but we are allow to co brand. they told us we can put a logo next to each other however should be a reasonable distance.
i see in other templates they have a banner for the partner at the bottom however I would like on the heather.
Also, Did the template has the following 1) a tracking plugging 2) Shipping calculator
Both features depends on which shipping company is being used. For this reason a tracking feature is not available in the theme (most shipping companies provide their own plugins for this). For the shipping, we have this feature/calculator: https://awb.modeltheme.com/estimate-price/

- It does not come with tracking shipment, each shipping carrier has its own track shipping feature.
- It does come with login/register/my account pages (from WooCommerce)
- The footer links are for presentation only; you can put your own links instead of them.

1. For DHL Tracking you can use a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/dhl-for-woocommerce/ (carefully read the plugin description before use). No support for tracking is provided because we are not a shipping company.
2. Depending on what do you want to achieve. But it is hook friendly and child theme ready.

Most probably the theme is compatible with the booking from your website reference
(there is a plugin to be integrated with WP on their website). But if you plan to use it with the Cost calculator feature from the theme, then most probably it will not work.

Your project requirements seem more like a custom solution than a theme. The theme comes with a cost calculator, which is configurable but not via Google Maps. All the calculations are made via your added information (example: price/km).

So bought the template after asking explicitly if colors could be changed. After install and demo import half of it was working. So after contact with support they had a look and fixed most of it quite quickly. (mind you it was simple stuff) The more complex changing the colors throughout the site. required some extensive editing and all icons are hard images. so needed to change that as well. Support came back after a week or so asking what was missing since it was all looking ok, LOL. Anyways to be fair. The theme is nice solid. Customising it also quite easy and it continues to confirm after extensive editing. It very responsive so make sure you have the power to run it. So apart from the….. Wel… Let’s call it a hiccup initially. For the price it’s quite reasonable. If you want a out of the box perfect performing template you are looking to pay at least 40 any ways.

Hmm just bought it a bit disappointed small error on main page ( [/vc_column_in ner] ) show on main page (www.goodservices.nl) also no menu is created with demo import. The manual said demo import would also do the slider but had to do that manually. Finally i can’t create a ticket in support system i dunno what the Purchase Code is and the auto detection not working…... Its not al a huge issues but to run into them all within 5 mins of buying… Oh well lets say its needs polishing.

All the colors can be changed via the theme panel. By default, we have a predefined skin set up, but as you can see on this screenshot made on our theme panel, you can also add your own customizable colors.

1. Right now we are working to integrate many types of portfolio and gallery pages on our demos. Most probably they will be available at the end of this week.
2. The 3 info boxes overlapping the Homepage Slider -> Yes can be removed or moved down, below the slider. They are not part of the slider.
3. The pre-loading icon -> Can be changed and disabled.
4. Theme & Plugins update -> All updates are now being provided automatically via the Envato Market plugin (Envato toolkit is outdated).
