I had no problems installing the theme and demos; I'm not sure why people had problems in the comments, but I like the theme and didn't need to create support tickets.

Just there is a conflict with the plugin WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder, which works with other themes but won't let me use it while Axtra is active And if they fix that which I'll contact them, that would be a flawless experience for me. :)
