Love your theme, simple, sleek & minimal. I just have a presale question. Can I use this theme for non video? Like photos? Will I be able to add a blog? And a shop? Also, if the answers to the above is yes, am I able to restrict parts of these? Like read blog half way and force them to subscribe? Or have access to only a section once purchased? Yes, you can use this theme for multiple content types. We of course have the options and styling geared towards videos, but you can add additional content. We have support built-in to easily create a blog, shop and add photos. When making a post restricted/requiring access, the post will no longer be available. Instead if the user does not have access they will be redirected to a page letting them know they need to sign up. There isn’t an option to automatically restrict only part of a blog post. Technically speaking you can hide specific elements but the process is manual and would only include small sections.

I have a couple of specific questions about some of the theme’s functionalities before making a purchase:
1/2: Preroll Videos: Does the Aztec theme support the inclusion of preroll videos, that is, advertisements that play before the main video? This feature would be important for my content strategy needs.
2/2: Disable Right Click on Videos: Is there an option to disable right-click on videos from your player (similar to the elite video player plugin) to prevent the contextual menu from appearing? This is important for content protection and to discreetly maintain the video source, offering users an uninterrupted experience.
I would greatly appreciate your help in clarifying these doubts, as they are key factors in my decision to use Aztec for my project.

1) No, the built-in player does not support pre-roll. However you could use another player if this was a must have feature. You can use any third party player with our theme.

Is it possible to assign profiles to other contributors with this theme? For instance, if I want to allow 3 other filmmakers to load their content and sell their films, can I create profiles and pay them out from the Dashboard? If not, do you recommend any plugins that would allow this?
Yes, you can assign users as contributors so that they can post content. In terms of payments, there isn’t an automated system for paying contributors. That would need to be something managed by the website administrator and done separately.

Hello, I want to buy the theme together with the “Affiliate” add-on, but when reading the Affiliate documentation, I didn’t find anything that clears my doubt: how will the affiliate receive the commission, through where? Where will he register the bank account to receive the commission?
Sure, this page has additional details in regards to the Affiliate add-on: https://www.armemberplugin.com/downloads/armember-affiliate/ The affiliate will receive commission based on whichever payment gateway you use. As noted “Perform quick payouts through different payment gateways.”. So this likely would be the same gateway you are using for ARMember like Stripe, PayPal, etc.

Sorry, I still don’t understand! for example, I create a website with 3 plans, free, basic and premium and using only the stripe gateway, and I add the affiliate add-on to my website. After configuring the affiliate add-on, the user will have an affiliate area page where he will have information about earnings, but I want to know how this user will receive the commission earnings…? Where will he have to register his bank account details to receive it? I don’t find anything about this in the documentation.
The affiliate add-on offers an entire affiliate platform. You can control how the affiliate receives payment, how much they earn, and with which actions. In terms of how it works for the affiliate, you can set up an affiliate page using Shortcodes/Gutenberg blocks to display the affiliates data when they are logged in.
In terms of payments, ARMember supports: PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Bank Transfer with additional premium add-on support for Square, Skrill, Mollie, Paystack, Pagseguro, PayUMoney, Online Worldpay, Razorpay, Payfast. The user would register their information via a form. That was merely an example so you can see how the information is collected. The affiliate payment information is set up via their own separate form. The website administrator chooses which payment gateways are supported from the ones available via ARMember.

Hello, before I buy your theme I have a few questions. I have video material for which I want to create a website where users will be able to watch a trailer of a few seconds or minutes and then when they subscribe (when they pay some money) to watch the entire video material? Is it possible to do this with your theme?

If you wanted to have a trailer option, that is possible by creating a trailer version of the video post that is available to non-subscribers. Then a full version that is only available to those that subscribe.

This theme is perfect for my new project. But I want another feature to be added to the core, front-end post submission. I searched and found 4-5 good plugins, but would be better for this feature to be part of the theme with the same design.

I think my support has expired, I will renew in the morning, however with the new Elementor update today, it breaks the menu and conflicts with Boosted Elements. I have tried this on both my Aztec licences. and the same issue…the Navigation Menu and Sign In buttons do not display. Boosted Elements needs a patch to resolve.
Yes, there is an issue in Elementor 1.16 that was released this morning. This is causing issues with thousands of themes & plugins. Thankfully you can revert back to the prior version easily under Elementor > Tools (Version 3.15.x)
Note: This is an issue due to an Elementor update that likely will be resolved shortly. However we have already created a patch on our end so we don’t have to wait for Elementor. Please check the item changelog later today to see the updates when they are posted.

i’ve set the ‘episode link’ to ‘link to url’ yet it’s still not opening that episode it’s still playing the video in a lightbox. how to open the new episode?
i’ve set “Link to post” in ‘Adjust default link under Appearance > Customize > Videos > Video Single’
using ‘link to url [new window)’ it opens the initial / same episode and not the episode i clicked.

Yes, there is a built-in “Trial Period” that allows you to offer trail periods. Please note that this would be based on time period and not views. So you could for instance provide access for 1 day and then. set the trial amount to 0 if you wanted this to be free.

Hello, I would like to know if the profile of the member can be customized in the theme, for example the profile photo, I took your theme but it is not editable, I did a test and registered but the photo field is not there, is this normal? If not a user when registering can not enter an avatar and serious…. because the photo space is huge and they will wonder where to insert their avatar
I found the option to add the profile picture, but as an administrator for a member you can’t do it yourself?
Yes, you can add an option for a profile via the form builder. The profile image is shown in the live preview. Simply edit the profile form and you can add additional fields like the profile image.
