I see you that you are telling everyone to go to the support site. When I go to your link, it is asking for wordpress username and password!? How do I login without providing my wordpress username and password?
My issue is regarding theme installation. I want you to upload the demo as it with photos https://preview.themeforest.net/item/babo-modern-flexible-woocommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/32236079 to our website.
I will manually change the images one by one on my end but you have to upload the full demos first. Because without photos, it is hard to know which version of the photo I can use to achieve the same look as demo.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide all images due to uploading issues. Many people have low performance server to upload hundred high quality images and mentioning ‘bugs’. We even explained but it didn’t really work. Therefore many authors just provide placeholder images.
However, I don’t see a purchased badge on your username. Did you purchase our theme. If you are assisting your friends or client, please kindly ask them to provide you a purchase code and contact our support team. Yes, you need to create an ID and add a purchase code to create tickets. We use Envato API Key as well.

Well, i’m trying to re-install wordpress becuase it’s impossible to install demo, now, i’m trying to activate theme and i can’t use my purchas code becuase i get this: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired How can i use your theme?????

FTY, SSL certification problem is from your SSL issue and server. “https” issue. Please check it out on google. We don’t provide SSL.

Please visit Elementor option and disable JS ( and also CSS ). Please be sure to clear broswer cache.

We checked your site. You need to turn off Asset compression option. It works fine.
Please make sure that you should backup the files and DB before you do the major updates as “Elementor” also strongly recommended.Generally, Major updates can have some minor or unexpected issues all the time. Not only Elementor or our products. All of software.

If I understood clearly, you need to change the featured images. WC shows the featured images. I mean the module image shows the featured image by WC. You should change the featured image in WC backend.

I’ve licensed hundreds of WP themes since 2009. I would say that this is the best WooCommerce theme of all time.
Why?
I always want more. Stunning design, plenty of templates but I also need flexibility to be creative… to bend the rules… to innovate. And this does that, in spades. I doubt a better theme will be produced in the next 3 years. This is the best theme of 2021, period.
And such comprehensive easy to follow documentation!
