‘Post Grid’ element only has options for set number of posts to show and the static blog page don’t have sidebar.

Then make the login and click on “Open a ticket” on the menu, remember to fill all fields ( included the “forum” field where you have to select the theme that you have purchased )

I updated the ND Shortcodes plugin, and featured images of articles are not displaying.
When I deactivate the plugin, the featured images display.

there seems to be a problem with that Service Pro element an PHP 8.x
No content (except some parts of the head area) is displayed on pages where Service-Pro from the Violett Collection was used. The problem occurs as soon as I insert normal text into the “Description” field of the Service Pro element.

The error message I get while debugging is as follows:

why every time when I need to open your support platform I need to log-in? why it doesn’t save the credentials? I should go and find the email with the password your platform set among other 1000000 emails and go log-in? why log-in and register button are displayed one on another? the most inconvenient
everything you see in the support forum is not our decision, we use a very famous plugin “BuddyPress” for managing all tickets and the login system. Surely the authors of the plugin have thought the best for the users.

Hello, I posted my question about demo import on 17th of Sept, today is 20th, when will I get the answer? I bought again one of your themes and again I face with the problem to import demo, why you can’t make it that way so nobody would ask for your support?
there are very few people who are unable to import the sample content. Our themes are used by over 37000 users if there are any problems in the code trust me that it would be convenient for us to fix the problem. Since the problem is caused by errors made by the user or incompatibility and settings of the serves we as authors of the theme can not do anything. We can only help the user and try to understand the mistake he makes. The support times depend a lot on the period and the difficulty of the ticket, we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 ).

my company recently bought theme named: Baby Kids – Education Primary School Children. Unfortunately I cannot find a way to download and install demo of this theme into my WordPress. What I manage to do until now is install theme and right now I am seeing only short menu on the left side of the cockpit, nothing more. Could you send me an instruction how should I do this step by step? This is very urgent, because right now all my further work depends on being able to install the demo. depends on the reply and from the number of tickets that we have in that period. Usually we can reply in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
Courses can’t edit with the elementor. So it is very difficult with the wp-editor to make a good design with the course-content on the single page
why timetable plugin is throwing this error, Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

We have installed, and imported 3rd Demo of the theme, it was working fine, but visually it has less color than other versions.
So, we decided to install the 2nd Demo but we are getting errors. We thought it could be at our hosting end then we tried it on local servers and unfortunately it didn’t work on localhost as well.
Kindly, resolve our issue as soon as you can, so that we can make our website Live.

After upgrading my site https://estivalia.es to latest BabyKids theme version, WPBakery plugin is broken.
I managed to manually delete the obsolete WPBakery plugin via FTP, and allow the theme to reinstall it. Now I have the latest version of the BabyKids and WPBakery plugin, but still my WPBakery stuff is broken, including the site header.
These are the versions I have:

- Plugin Baby Kids Shortcodes Version 1.0
- Plugin ND Shortcodes Version 6.4
