Awful experience! It doesn't compatible with mobiel, bad support...
They don't have time to update the theme with new WordPress standards, their theme files are loaded with a malicious virus.. their plugin "woocommerce product filter" is loaded with malicious code. So, I am totally unsatisfied. 100% not recommended. Just look in the theme file functions.php, you will find the malicious code at the top.
The theme author has decided to create their own standards instead of working with the standards in place for Woocommerce and wordpress. It is a pretty theme, but a nightmare to work with. For the record this review is not from the purchaser of the theme, but his developer who has been building websites since 2002. If you cannot build your own theme you should pass on this one as the complications are going to get worse as time passes. When the author realizes they made a mistake in not adopting the existing standards in place they will most likely drop support for this theme and you will be stuck buying another one. I cannot recommend this theme to anyone in the current state. It is just awful.
Yesterday I was frustrated with the theme and design and I contacted J Jak about my inability to update the theme. His response was amazing and it showed he truly cared about his product. In less than 24hrs he had the theme updated and on point. For us non-tech skilled individuals I still wish I could click on an update link. At 68 yrs old I'm a slow learner. However, Jim and team have my 5 star vote, and I would give a 10 star if I could.
