The theme is very pretty, but very complicated to configure. You'll have to spend hours trying to customize it, to find the options you want to modify and so on.

Beautiful theme, but it can be complicated for some. Sometimes it is necessary to know coding to get what you need.
this is the first time i am doing any of this and i got so frustrated i quit for almost a year trying to just set up my account and this theme makes everything so difficult there is no direction as to what plugins to use how to set it up properly and how to edit and make changes to get it looking how you want it

This is a beautiful theme that fit my needs very well without too much customization. When I did have a question or issue, the support team was prompt, courteous and effective.
very difficult to use and edit. outdated manual and instructions - support doesn't help you and the video tutorials are useless

The Design looks very nice on the theme, but thats also the only good point about it. Its very slow. full with bugs and things change automatically withouth doing changes by myself.
First of all it was not very usefriendly to set the whole theme up. A lot of error messages and a lot of discussions with the customer service or researchung in the internet for solutions.
The next problem the speed. The code seems to be so bad that the website is so slow that you have to wait 4-5 seconds until the page loaded. Also the mobile version of the page is terrible. I reduced the image sized and did all the caching and other opimization and still have the problem with the speed. I was not even able to set up google adsense because of that.
Next the widgets part is the worst i have ever seen. It is not working most of the time and if you want to change things its not even showing or its not working over all. At least the customer support was able to help me to install the plugin to get the tradtionoal wordpress Widgets back to make it at least adjustable. But still not userfriendly at all.
The WPBakery is also something that is not really userfriendly (but thats probably just my opinion). I would love to have another option than wpbakery.
Overall very disappointed with the overall Theme. At least it looks nice, but its not that much worth if the visitors leave the page before it even loaded.

Please note that the speed of the site won't depend solely on the theme. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed and you can check some of our recommendations here. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site's performance and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article - Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
We always give advice to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.
To set up Google Adsense please follow instructions from this article here.
The block-based widgets do require a bit more demanding server resources and as our support agents suggested you can use this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic. Classic widgets don't require as much server resources.
Also, please note that Widgets are a feature of WordPress platform, not the theme. You would still have same Widget section no matter which theme you're using.

Le thème est une catastrophe à mettre en place, vous aurez besoin au minimum d'un intégrateur. Même si on upload le thème avec le site exemple, c'est très compliqué niveau paramétrage. Et même quand on veut remplacer le contenu, cela ne fonctionne pas.

So, I purchased this theme a few months ago thinking it would be helpful in creating my first ever blog. Guess again! As someone who has ADHD and ASD, this is already not an easy thing to, which is why I thought a good theme will get me on my way. Not exactly. It does not seem to do what I ask (yes, even after following the documentation). Whenever I import the whole thing I though I could easily edit things to my liking, add a logo, etc. but things could not be further from the truth. It has taken me many years of thinking of setting up a blog and when I finally decided to take the plunge, I was quickly annoyed with everything and gave up. Now, I didn't think things were going to be 100% easy and simple, but at least I thought it would be easier with a template. Don't even think about asking for a refund. I asked within 1 or 2 days after purchasing, explained my situation (ADHD and ASD), but no, of course not. Money down the drain, and now too afraid to buy any other theme in case it is the same and I have wasted money twice. I wonder if I should just try a free theme and see how that goes. Not happy with this product as it is not very user friendly for those with no experience and who have a different working brain than others. Wish it was more straightforward and less confusing. Shame...

I purchased this theme to save time but have wasted days trying to install this theme - and every time the website had broken links and it wasn't functioning. I wasted so much time and finally, I paid Envato to professionally install it - but they have come back to me and said that the site is outdated and the theme plugins need updating and I need to contact the auth but I can't find a way to contact the author.
the Last time the theme was updated was in December 2021 and its now June 2022 - so its not compatible with WordPress 6 the current WordPress version.
The plugins that are required for the site to function WP bakery and slider revolution need updating but the author has do that because I cant
so 100 dollars later ( installation and theme purchase) and I am left with nothing useable.
Extremely disappointed.

Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes, and the theme works perfectly fine even though it has been a bit of time since the last update. Regarding WPBakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugins, those plugins are bundled with theme and we have purchased an extended license for it.
