Hi, i have downloaded and installed the theme. The theme option i wanted to use (cake-shop-03) doesn’t seem to have installed. I have deleted and reinstalled but still no luck. Please help me fix this issue asap.

For some reason the theme gives stock error… Whenever you input 2 or something else in stock. It wont change and keeps showing 0 stock and out of stock. Please update your theme so we can update it to. Thank you

I downloaded this template through Envato Elements. However, when I try to upload to Wordpress, the following error appears: “Template Kit Install Error There was an issue installing this template kit. Please try again.

Please upload a valid Template Kit zip file”

I’ve tried several times and even uploading only the “bakerfresh.zip” file that is in the “Bakerfresh Theme” folder but it has the same error.

I’m still waiting the answer since 4 days ago and the emails that I sent you, one me them more than 1 month ago…. I’m using the Envato Elements template version, and since I know it has all totally. is this like that, if not which one are the differences appart of the support? because I can’t see the Mega Menu as you are showing me in the link, and in the Documentation it didn’t appear too.

How to import demo content i used one click demo plugin but it wont work it shows on site to import manually

when import a demo content error occurs “ERROR: ERROR (0)”

Theme is not working as it says. We have installed all last plugins and themes, and looked at the installation manual, but there does not appear the “Demo importer” option at the Tools menu, that is on the manual . We open ticket 4 days ago, still waiting, we are very upset. Solve all this issues please, or we will ask for a refund.

Really dissapointed honestly. The documentation that you gave with it is completely wrong. You just copied another documentation from another theme that your created. The issue is that I cannot change headers or footers per page. Also there is NO header builder. In your documentation you also have theme options with 15 options. I bought the theme I only have 3 theme options

Also the documentation is build with visual composer while I use elementor. Litterly 95% of the documentation is wrong. Also your support system says 5 DAYS for an answer. Sorry I cannot wait that long.

Please FIX IT. This these is NOT ready to be on the market yet.
