Good morning, I’d like to have just two info before to buy Your fantastic theme: 1- I noticed that in the mobile view when You click on menu it scroll BUT it doesn’t disappear automatically covering part of the content. To make it disappear, You must click on the menu button again. Is it not possible to disappear automatically? It is very annoying. 2- in the filterable gallery I noticed that to enlarge the image you have to click the lens icon. Is it not possible to allow enlargement by clicking on the image as well? I bought this theme under license, but I can’t reach you for support right now. I have written before as sedamaya for the video subject. I can’t login with the same password. It doesn’t reset the password either. I need to fix the snap scroll problem. And it’s really urgent, I still couldn’t publish the site just because of this problem. Please help me.

Trying to have the Homepage with the slider/ Multipage. I change my homepage on Page attributes to “Home Page”. On VC there isnt any template there called Home or even Slider.

So… I bought this theme in October last year, and it all worked great. BUT, doing the regular maintenance on the website, I realized some features stopped working some time ago.

Member’s profiles aren’t displayed correctly (just like here http://demowp.cththemes.com/balkon/member/austin-evon/ ) and most important: the customization page DISAPPEARED.

I mean… when I go to Appearance > Customize I used to see all the options that allowed me to customize my website (to change the logo, colors, etc. as shown here https://docs.cththemes.com/docs/archia-architecture-interior-wordpress-theme/theme-customization/ ). From time ago, I just see the option Widgets, which doesn’t work properly. As a result, I cannot modify my website appearance.

I thought it would be solved with a theme update, but I haven’t seen any updates since I bought it. And am I supposed to pay for support renewal?

I need a solution ASAP, pleeeeeeeaseeeeeeeeee!

The Mailchimp form is part of the Balkon Add-Ons but the language file (POT) has no terms for the Submit button, Email and Newsletter. Why these terms are not part of the language file? How can we use this add-on in a multilingual Website if it has no way to translate these terms?

I mean there is no necessity like I must have to use wordpress. Actually I don’t know PHP so, that’s y I want to use html. so that if I had to change anything or fix anything out I can do it easily otherwise I have to search dunno where to edit a css or fix something…
