The customer support is absolutely amazing. Every time I submitted an question, Bigsteps was able to provide an answer within the very next day. It really helped me complete my project a lot faster with the support and help from them. I would recommend the theme to anyone.
easy to use and customize!
This is my first shopify theme purchase (I normally work with WordPress) and I'm very impressed with the look and functionality, and overall experience with this theme. I'm also blown away with the support BigSteps offers. They reply and fix issues very fast and always offer solutions for my questions/problems - they just login and fix whatever needs to be fixed. We even worked together on a custom collection solution that is working perfectly for my business! I'm a very happy customer :)

IT HAS BUGS...IT IS NEARLY 1 WEEK AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT DID NOT EVEN REPLY ME... AFTER 5 DAYS THEY ASKING ME MY TICKET NUMBER....... RIDICILOUS!!!!!!!!!!

The customer support was very helpful when I needed some code edited for an app I installed. Theme is looking really good too.
Have used this theme and their customer support service for over 6 months for my online store and as in most cases the most important aspect is how to good, responsive and helpful they are with ones requests,
They have always fulfilled my requests without any hesitation, responded to my emails and helped me develop my online store in the right way. So i would definitely recommend their them. Plus their theme is fantastic! They also always ask me for feedback and ways in which they can improve their service and their design of the theme.

If you know basic .css it can be made exactly how you want if it's not exactly for you :)
