We purchased the Baratheon – Law Firm Joomla Template by ThemexLab on Oct. 15, 2016. After the installation, we are get an HTTP ERROR 500 when trying to access the site. However, we are able to login to the administrator site.

We sent an email to support@themexlab.com for support last October 18, 2016. We have not gotten a reply as of this writing.

We also filed a ticket at https://templatepath.ticksy.com/ticket/924471/. This was according to your support page, “Go to item support” link at (https://themeforest.net/item/-baratheon-law-firm-joomla-template/10767086/support).

Please advise.
