great theme! looks great and easy to customize

Hi,

Theme documentation on ticksy doesnt work. It doesnt open at all.
"This Ticksy account is Inactive. If you are the owner of the account and want to recover it, please contact Ticksy's support department!"

Pros & Cons:
-Unfortunatly it is not well optimized for modern phones with larger screens. It works for the small screens below 320px but is has some issues with bigger ones. Something that should be working...
-Another Problem is that there is not enough customizability for the theme, for e.g. i can change the overall background colours etc to black, but i can´t change the font colour specifically for dropdown menues (which are white) which causes some troubles. I can change the overall font colour but its not good.
-The Support is pretty bad, i had a first support ticket and didn´t get a reply for weeks, kind of solved the problem by myself and have a second support ticket for days and they still don´t reply. Overall very poor customer support and not what I expect from a expensive theme...
- some elements, such as the "off canvas added to cart thing" doesn´t work for me, same issue: no support!
+ The Design itself is pretty nice and works, for the most parts
+ The design templates are great and offer good looking, modern styles

I would not recommend this design, unless you´re very good in fixing your own problems with css and styles.
