How can you say “If I didn’t download the file”..when I already said i didn’t. I immediately send a mail to you to notify you of the issue, and waited for couple of weeks and you never responded, only to find that you tampered with the file download records. I couldn’t have downloaded it, and turn around to ask for refunds. i know the rules. I have been here for long enough to know what’s obtained in envato. I have already requested for the refund. it is yours to release the funds through envato.
