Where is my last support? Did you delete my previous message? I installed the theme on Wordpress 6.3.1 with all required plugins and server’s requirements. But I cannot import demo content with 28% loading which stopped. I noticed your team haven’t updated the theme since July 5, 2022. I guess that why the theme could not install with latest Wordpress and latest WooCommerce in PHP 8.2.x. Could I get a refund? I don’t want to use the outdated theme. I bought your theme in 3 months ago, but yesterday I downloaded the first time and installed it. Thanks for your support,

The theme and the import are working correctly on our end with the current version of the theme.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

I bought this – quite expensive – theme because it was updated regularly. Now the last update is from July 2022 and some plugins, for example: WP-Bakery and Sliderrevolution are also outdated. Can you provide us with information about upcoming updates? Thank you very much.

MASONRY GALLERY IS BUGGY
MY support expired – so it is not possible to open a support ticket… – but this problem exists… How can you change the fontcolor and the fonttype in masonry gallery. NOT THE HEADLINE, just the textfont… Right now it is merryweather… In edge options its not possible to change… primary and secondary fonts do not work in the masonry gallery…
BTW as I mentioned before: The text in the rectangle textbanner is not displayed on mobile view – only the headline. Just open your demo content on a mobile device and you will see…

Just check your demo installation on an iphone and you will see, that the text small text in the rectangle container is NOT DISPLAYED on mobile view…

Just a heads up… In the reservation-form shortcode, the times are wrong in the dropdown. 12:00pm and 12:30pm are listed as am. I’ve gone in and manually fixed this in the template file. Please can you update this, so in future updates it doesn’t revert back. Thank you.

I’ve tried using a few different plugins that would allow me to view or hide menu items based on a user’s membership. However, there appears to be a conflict with your Barista theme because your theme is replacing the entire menu walker. The plugin developers are telling me that your theme should be using the wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields hook that has been available since WordPress 5.4 instead of replacing the menu walker.
What is the current version of this theme, and has this been addressed in the current version? I would have asked through your ticket system, but since my support expired, I’m not willing to renew it unless I can found out if this issue has been resolved.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, please understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. Implementing this would require additional customization, but this falls out of our support scope.
