Actually the Theme is pretty overloaded and a lot of animations/transitions are not working very well on mobile.
Despite the enormous number of plugins and functions, you can't change basic things, you have to install a translator tool, which also doesn't work properly. Support has not yet responded to the questions.
For $80 I definitely expected more. There are also much faster and cleaner themes in the price range.

We are sorry to hear this however the theme works perfectly fine and you do have only certain third party plugins that you can use, of course not to mention the page builder which comes bundled with the theme and with which the theme pages are built.
We are not sure which animations and transitions you refer to however as we do see that your requests are answered we do hope this will be resolved and that you will reconsider your rating after.

Support is worthless. While they did reply it was just with a page to knowledge base that didn't cover my problem. If they would have used the admin account i set up for them, they could have seen that. They never responded with any alternative fixes. I wound up experimenting and fixing it myself.

As always support answers are really fast and precise.
Besides that the code is well structurized and commented.
Therefore customization is easier than in other themes where you have to read the entire code to understand what's going on and then look how you can alter it to archieve the customization you are looking for.
