Customer support was lacking in response and thoroughness.

It's not responsive to large screens as imac and other big monitors, you can check in the demo in sections like portfolio, single portfolio, footer. I asked to support and they told me they will made an update to fix this, 2 years ago. Still nothing!

Also it's impossible to customize filters order in portfolio, bad documentation, no community for get help.

For me It was a very bad purchase
