Alaeddine helped me resolve some bugs and offered to do it for me, thank you so much for all your help. You guys are the best.

They have a prompt response within a day (for me this was the case at least) and these guys are helpful as well.

I can say this with confidence as I bought a theme and there is an error and support says you will have to find a way around yourself we will push an update when we can. With that theme, we are not even able to access the footer. But these guys are helpful.

The Bathrooms And Kitchens theme that I downloaded initially did not have the Kitchen theme. I contacted customer support and they posted a link and I was told to uninstall the old plugin and install the updated plugin. I followed the instructions, however the Kitchen theme was still not available. I reached out to support again. They asked for me to share my Wordpress login info to help troubleshoot the issue that I was having. Support went one step further and helped me imported the Kitchen theme after they addressed the original issue. They usually charge for this extra step but support wanted their customers to be happy with their products and did it for free. It was much appreciated. I'm very happy with the support that I got and would purchase more of their products in the future.

This is a great theme with excellent customer support. I had a slight problem with the Visual Editor but they fixed it very quickly.
