I intent to purchase this theme, and to do it soon. However I’d like to avoid the work of installing it then updating it in a few days for the next update (as your response to a WP 3.8 question in this comments section indicated). How can I request a feature?
I would love to have a 3 column layout, sidebars on both sides.. products in the middle..
I’m sorry but at the moment is not possible to have 2 sidebars in the theme and with our grid is not easy to add this feature
What about a Page Template as a work around? at least so we could use a template for the home page/shop maybe?
We don’t have a page template with 2 sidebar at the moment, and my developer explained me that with our framework is not possible to add another sidebar.

How to customize Theme Option? Is there any documentation for this part?
We have a lot of videotutorials that show how to create the pages, the shop and so on but nothing that explain how to use the theme options, because we think is very easy, you have just to try…change font colors, changing the background and so on!

I need your assistance. I want to show slider with biggest sale off. I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to sort these by the highest percent of sale? For example 60% product will be first and 55% percent off product will be second without taking price into consideration and what shortcode to use if possible?
2. If answer on first is no, what shortcode to use to sort products with biggest sale off in numbers? I have this one but this is not working it just sorts randomly.. “[products_slider title=”Biggest sale” per_page=”10” featured=”no” latest=”no” best_sellers=”yes” on_sale=”yes” category=”0” orderby=”bestseller” order=”asc” layout=”with-hover” ]”
This shortcode is okay, but you have to set best_sellers=”no” if you want to show ONLY the On Sale products.

This means if I have ten products whose original price was 100 and new price is 20 to show before products whose original price was 100 and new price is 50? Best seller shows automatically the popular products. Special offers are the “on sale” products and must have are the “featured product” (in the product page, where you can view the products list, you can click on the star icon to make a product featured)
