for Documentation Quality

Meant to leave a review on this a year ago when I purchased it and requested a refund within a week. To get the template working properly at the time additional paid plugins are required. Without them the template doesn't work as described at all.

Massive rip off by the author!!
Will be moving away from this theme ASAP, due to the fact that when the theme is not working as it should, you are bullied into paying for support, relating to issues connected to the theme coding and not user intervention which should be covered by the limited support as mentioned in the listing.

we are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction with the product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support through the comments page, but hope that the answers we provide can help you solve the issue.
About support for this theme, it is included for 6 months since February 2015 now and it's clearly advertised when you buy the theme. Despite that, we update the theme regularly for any issues that might appear after major releases of WordPress and WooCommerce.
I hope you understand.

Poor quality of updates. It does not work with recent versions of woocommerce or wordpress. Careful not to update. The updates on the theme arrive after 3-4 months.

for Feature Availability

Gutted to say that the Bazar theme doesn't work with the product bundles and composite products plugins at all.

As my 'support' has now finished I have no way of a support ticket to see if they can look into this for me.

Shame that I bought it really. Was going really well until this point.

Superb customer support that you can rely on, so you won't stuck with your user interface design problem.

Overall the theme is pretty good. Why I rated this 2 stars. Set 7up is too difficult for novice users. Contact forms 7 interface has been replaced making the form builder good for very simple forms only. Complex forms are impossible to use. Tons of layout errors, mostly CSS. Very slow load time when there is traffic to the site, too many resources loading. Very finicky with page layouts, and hard to get things to line up. I have been using this theme for a couple years, but it is time to switch... costing me business.

As many other reviewers have stated - the theme is buggy and breaks frequently. The documentation for the theme is poorly developed and customer support isn't what I would hope a reputable company would provide.

As an example, Woocommerce had a recent update. After the update our company e-com site broke to the point that orders could not be accepted. Below is the response I received from the developers, regarding my support request.

you do not have to follow the woocommerce stastus update dictat because the theme has its own templates
however the theme is still not compatible with the latest woocommerce update
we will release Bazar Update today, so you will able to download the update as soon as themeforest will make it available

How is it acceptable to market a theme as a Woocommerce compatible implementation, and then tell people to ignore the Woocommerce updates when the theme breaks?

Maybe, it's just me but it doesn't seem like they want or care to provide the service after the sell.

we are sorry to read that you are experiencing these issues with Bazar theme. The WooCommerce update that broke the site has been released one day before you updated it, but, as you should know, we need the time to test the theme with the new version of WooCommerce and to apply the necessary fixes.

We always recommend that you make sure the updated version of the theme has been released in order to avoid big issues like this.

Moreover, as good practice, we always recommend you do not update the plugins and themes on your production site when it comes with big updates like WooCommerce version 3.3. It's good practice to test big updates like this on a backup copy of the website.

Besides all this, though, the update has just been released and fixes all the compatibility issues with WooCommerce v. 3.3.

That´s really a great theme for ecommerces. I highly recommend it!

Yet another update and yet another day wasted trying to fix my broken site as a result. THE WORST THEME EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!
