Many bugs inside this Theme, it is a really fragile theme and to extend support you need to pay 45.50$ which is crazy for a 64$ theme.... Almost every update they publish the theme breaks.

I have been developing with HTML, PHP & CSS for 9 years so I doubt if its because of my knowledge. The bugs happened because the structure of the files are not flexible. Almost any change that you do to the core will ruin the functionality which is not how a theme should be - UNLESS the Author is striving to give support all the time...

Sadly this theme does not work good with RTL because the way it is coded, If you are looking for a good RTL WooCommerce shop do not buy this one, it will not help you.

A personal note for the makers (Sara_p), it is really disgusting that for a $64 theme I have to pay $45.50 for support. I have over 20 themes from themeforest and NONE of them act like yours (breaks every updateeeee) It almost seems that on every update, you make problems so people will renew support to BUY your help.

VERY disappointing and will never purchase from your company another theme till you will revise your customer support.

Hi there, we were sorry to read the review you left, can you please provide us with some more context about the issues you are experiencing with the theme translation?

Do not buy this theme unless you are a very knowledgeable and technical user. It's taking me a lot of messing around with file extraction to upload the theme (other themes you upload the whole zip as is but this required extraction of the theme file and then extraction of plugins, each of all these mentioned having to be uploaded separately). Then after all that when trying to import demo content as per instructions in the documentation I got an error message : cannot write cache folder. This led to complicated instructions about messing about with filezilla and setting up an ftp account etc etc etc. I'm on Bluehost . It's taking me days of messing about just to find out how to get started. Hate to think what lies ahead !!

So far I have found this theme tricky to customize. The side bar header widget is buggy and displays weirdly and breaks the header, the product page is buggy if you use wp all import or similar to import shop datafeeds; it doesn't show the buy now button and you must get support to have it corrected. Support is ok; issue was fixed fairly quickly but recurred on theme update after they said it would Not happen again. That is just annoying all day long. Mailing list integration is complicated and poorly explained. This is NOT a theme for anyone not a developer or without tech skills. Paid versions of some plugins obviously required to get good functionality. I am going to persist with the theme in the hope things improve but wouldn't recommend it as it stands now.

Theme full of bugs and slow updates. This theme is outdated and not worth the money anymore.
