Terrible support. I couldn't get the demo content installed due to a bug with the install file (I think), so purchased six months support and asked them to help me with it. So, many days later, I haven't heard from them, they are ignoring all my messages, and nothing has been fixed. Oh, and of course the support fee I paid for has not been refunded. I'm really disappointed.

very fast response PRE-SALE, no response from customer support tickets or in the comments after sale.
plugins activated by the theme (links provided by theme) broke the site.
