even after downloaded the latest version from envato, it asks for update on bebio core plugin, from 1.0 to 1.7. When trying to update (from admin) it throws error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

My client has choosen Bebio Theme. I bought it – and wanted to quickly edit it (as I do with many other themes bought here). But something goes wrong. Demo importer doesn’t work. Also manual installation of demo failed. I wrote a ticket -because that happens sometimes, so I need bit of help and support. 12 days without result. The best way is to write – Your server is not good enought. And okay, it may be not good enought. But if 10 sites, incuding two online stores, are running quite well; I can use demo importers available to use with each theme – so I dont presume that we can blame for all evil of the world, configuration of my server (and its configuration).
I would like to add that I know that we are living in different time zones, but somehow other developers can help.
Hello, thank you for your message, our all theme use same import system and the importer plugin which we used is the most used wordpress plugin in repository. The theme is nice..but it has a few drawbacks: 1. whenever we run update it uses slider revolution 6. But it is compatible with version 5. That means that if by accident the slider is updated we have to find a way to recover the older version. The only safe way i can think of is to install the demo on another developer site. But this is costing me TIME. And I do not want to spend extra time on things that I have already fixed. I think it is time that you solve this because it has already been 2 months. And slider 5 is OLD. 2. The sections are not actually compatible with wcag 2.0 because there are HTML validation errors. And they can only be fixed by using plugins like real time find and replace or changing the html code in the theme files. Not very convenient. So if you are a greek developer and you client has ESPA do NOT rely on the compatibility of the theme. Even slider revolution has HTML errors.
We are sorry to inform you that slider revolution html is not possible to update. They are generated auto. If you have problem you can replace slider revolution with other slider. We are going to change our main slider with basic slider. As people are not able to create slider with slider revolution by follow their documentation

You could have 2 demo sliders packed in the theme. I exported my slider just in case the accident happens again so I can restore fast. Slider 6 to be honest is much more flexible. Other than that we are very happy with theme support. It is fast, accurate and to the point
