the performance is very bad! i have only seen issues since i moved to this theme, Google has penalized me for all products.

Hello, performance edo not depend only theme. It depend on many factor like your server response time. How many image you used what is their site, compress js and css using cache plugin.hope you will consult any performance expert and understand

Hello, Please give your ticket no, i will follow. Customer support means if your theme has any bug we will help you but it does not means server related problem demo import problem need to fix by theme developer

The Theme is really Easy to Customize, but i would HIGHLIGHT the really great Customer Support, you'll get nearly immediately an Answer and/or help.
