Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Thanks for writing in! In order to submit a request for your newly purchased theme you need only to fill in Theme name, Profile (Mikado) and your themes Purchase code, of course the questions and submit the request.

That way your new theme will be registered at our help center and it will be visible under your Supported items after this.

I am no using the themes yet, my question si ..when i clock on view source the developer brand is visible on the source code, , how can I remove that>? I dont want to pay for a tehmes that has the developer brand all over.

Once you install the theme on your domain, the url’s and paths will be different. So since you are viewing our demos source code ofcours it is present since it is our Brand.

Belfort core name will be present as it is the name of the plugin that is essential to our theme options, but if you wish you can always edit this on your side though.
