Hi, I found a visual bug on page “products”. The first product have 2 images, when you pass the cursor on it shows second image. the problem is the first image is very low quality.(I checked and the image uploaded is high quality)
I have 4 products in total, all o them are very similar, differ only the description and text. but all of them have the same size and quality images. The problem is that only first product it shows a low quality image.

For the filter in the new theme 4.7, does it still have filter by tag? Or is it now all filter by shopify’s new filter system?

There is a serious issue with the product page when it comes to structured data. I have flagged this with you before. Support is ok if the question about something that is already found in the help documentations. However, anything out of that I am not getting any support. I understand that you want people to pay for extra customization but I honestly had other theme developers doing way more in terms of helping me to customize and all for free.
The theme is good and I have got the hang of it now and did most customization on my own. However, the issue with structured data is not about customization. It is about performance. Please take a look and have this fixed. I am including the warnings in Google search console.
Google search console flagged a problem with structured data. Even though they are warnings but they do effect product performance is search results.

For the structured data issue on the product page, some installed apps will embed their snippets to a product page. Example: Shopify product reviews app will embed its structure snippets to the product page. In this snippet, the app only print the rating data, not other data such as image, brand, sku,... So this snippet is causing issues you see. However, our themes also offer a snippet that is used to print all product data ( included reviews data ), so Google Search Engine is also able to read your product structure.

Since you are not using Shopify review snippet, then there is something else. Please help troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Hi Beloria/Boostheme team, Can we set the default site language to German from “Edit languages” -> “Change theme language” on Shopify? We don’t need a multi-lingual site and we don’t need any translation App. We just need a German site. For some other themes, when we “Change theme language” Shopify will report “Your active theme does not contain German translations”. Thanks!

German is integrated fully into our theme so you can definitely change German as the main language from “Edit languages” -> “Change theme language”, then choose German.

Hi , I recently bought this theme.
I just discovered a issue, the progress bar is the same for all the products, is not unique. Should be lower percentage if the quantity of the product is lower in one product and higher percentage in other product if the cuantity is higher.
All my products have different quantity texts but the same percentage progress bar. How can I fix this ?
Currently, the progress bar’s percent is configured in the Theme Editor to work same on all products. This is a feature, not issue. However, your idea is very awesome, and we will consider to add it in the next version.

Question. Captcha is firing on every page of the store. It is slowing down the website. How do i make it fire only on contact us page?
The Recaptcha is being fired by Shopify core scripts. You can handle it in the Online store > Preferences. By default, all Shopify themes can not change the Recaptcha.

Overall, I love the templates and I like the way the site is shaping up. However, I have several questions about what the theme can do and how to make it do it. I have submitted questions in your support portal but still do not have an answer. I have just asked a couple more. The most concerning:
In the documentation for filters on collection pages, it says: “The auto filter feature can only use for a store that has less than 1000 products. If your store has more than 1000 products, it will be working incorrectly. ” I can see that! The autofilter is NOT working well – terrible experience for my customers. I see that I can disable each individual auto filter but now way indicated for how to set up manual filters
(by tag or by group?). Doe this mean I have to use meta tags or just not have filters?

I sent the request Tue 11:36. The reply at Tue 22:47 was “I need to log in to your store to check the problem. Could you inform the .myshopify.com URL of your store so that I can ask for a collaboration?” I sent the info 5 minutes later (Tue 22:52). The next reply, Wed 20:26, was “I created a collaborator via your store. Could you help me accept it? After you accept, please inform me of this ticket to avoid missing your ticket.” I accepted the collaborator request but missed that I had to inform you (I sent the notice this morning when I saw that). I still do not have answers to any of the questions I sent in the original request. I understand why you wanted access to my account but surely some of the questions could have been answered without it? So I am trying to set up my store, and here I am, 3 days later no closer to knowing the answers to my questions about setting up product pages.

I am shopping around for my site mb-bright.co.uk. My issue with our current theme is that the site speed is too slow, below 30. It actually gets worse as more products are added which leads me to think that there is no lazy loading. So my question is that What is the average speed of your store? We have over 30 products spanning multiple genres and I want to know if the speed of the store will not deteriorate. Which theme of yours would you say would be better for a multi-store like us with multiple genres like health, beauty, hardware, electronics etc. As most of the themes I see are for clothing and fashion. The themes look great but I am not sure how it would depict multiple genres. Also would like to know if you guys use .scss. As the support for that is gone, I would like a site without that. Mobile optimization is also a big factor and whether the theme is intuitive enough or not. Finally, does your template do proper optimization and lazy loading?

We don’t have any installed apps or custom codes. The only custom code that I add to a theme is the conversion tracking snippet for google adds. And just so we are clear, you guys don’t use .scss right? Because support for that is deprecated so don’t wanna go through that again. And lastly, is there lazy loading?
Yes. All SCSS has been compiled to CSS before releasing the theme to match the new rule of Shopify. And all images are being loaded by lazy loading to improve performance.
