My support license for Neoreo has expired.

I have just moved my website to a new server which runs a modern version of PHP (like PHP 8.1, 8.2, or 8.3). Now, when I try to activate the theme, my website gets a fatal error.

I believe the theme is not compatible with these new PHP versions, as it is no longer supported.

My question is: If I purchase a new license or pay to extend my support for another 6 months, will I get access to an updated version of the theme that is compatible with modern PHP (e.g., PHP 8.x / 8.4+)?

Or has this theme been completely discontinued, and paying for support will not provide me with a working update? I need to confirm this before I make a payment.

Hi there, the bear core plugin is outdated and it says it isn’t compatible with php 8.0 or higher. I need to add other plugins that require php 8.0 and therefore am stuck in limbo. Do you have an updated Bear Core plugin that is compatible? Or if not can you help?

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding the Beoreo theme that I purchased. When I go to download the theme, I’m still receiving the version that was last updated on October 18, 2018. As my purchase included access to all future updates, I was hoping to get an updated version that is compatible with PHP 8.0 or higher.

Currently, my website is experiencing issues, and I’m also receiving security warnings due to the outdated theme version. To resolve this and ensure my site runs properly, I need an updated version of the theme as soon as possible.

Please let me know if an update is available, or if there’s any timeline for when this issue will be addressed.

Hello! I am getting a string of code that’s showing up on my product pages that I can’t seem to remove. It read as follows: Warning: sizeof(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/customer/www/(website is here, I removed it)/public_html/wp-content/themes/beoreo/woocommerce/single-product/meta.php on line 25. I’m also interested in removing the word ARCHIVES throughout the theme.

Hi. I bought this theme a day ago and I am finding no joy with your demo import -both via the demo importer or via the wordpress import tool as it fails downloading any file. On the demo import I let it run as you state it should take around 30 mins…I tried multiple times and it doesnt import even after 3 hours?All the server requirements are met and if not exceeded. I stay in South Africa and have a dedicated 200MB/S Line. what do I need to do to get the import going?

hi, when will there finally be a php 8 update for this theme?! essential plugins no longer work with php 8 and many providers do not have a downgrade. so also with mine. I would like to continue showing my portfolio and now I am forced to buy a new theme if you don’t have a solution for me. Is there possibly at least one other theme that you can make available to me as compensation? salute!

This theme is great! If you are getting the error about “add_to_cart_fragments” being deprecated, go to themes/beoreo/framework/widgets/mini_cart.php and update line 62 from “add_to_cart_fragments” to “woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments” and the error goes away!
