I loved this theme so much, I bought it twice. The layout, look, feel--it's certainly a favorite. I love the features. I love the way the website looks on desktop and mobile. I'm even more grateful that folks who come to my site know very well it's not a drag and drop. Sleek and flexible, I'm really glad I choose this theme over all the ones I initially considered.
One of the things I appreciate the most is customer support, especially when trying to get things up and going. I'm not a techie at all, so I can get frustrated when I'm trying to work out the kinks. Reaching out to them, however, they fix whatever I have going on and even point out what the issues may have been. I appreciate that they are very responsive, too.

Excellent customer support from the Bearsthemes even with the time zone so different from where I live. Great contact, always helpful. You will handle the theme with a little bit of help on the creators side even if you are new to WordPress like I was. Strongly recommend spending extra on the tech support!!!
