Very annoying that the DEMO is not working. Installation Documentation is confusing, and I can't have a developer install it because there's NO DEMO TO USE AS A REFERENCE!... The theme looks very nice, but I'm beginning to think I wasted my money.

The customer support doesn't exist! Literally.
The menu doesn't work on small mobile devices.
I found the templates easy to use once I understood topics. I then started using creative as the topic (while picking content), and turned off the menu for a while. Everything was ready to go.
hard to customize the front pages
blocks are all already disabled but showing on the front pages and I wasn't able to find a place to change the main slider.
poor user interface and support.
