This theme stop working more than 15 days ago and the theme do not respond any of the support tickets. Read the last comments and reviews. This is a scam, do not buy.

I won't write anything more than the others. This is the first time something like this happens, I'm waiting for a response the past 15 days. WPbakery doesn't work and general I've noticed other bugs too but the worst thing is the support. I wish there was a refund

There is no response from the author. I have notice bugs from the theme and I can't use it because there is no Wordpress customizer to edit the pages in. This is the worst thing ever and I've already written twice to the author.

The theme is good but the technical support is very poor. All my support tickets take more than three weeks to the reply. Some problems haven't been solved. I had to contact other partners to help or do it on my own.

Never got a response from Auther.

Slow website speed 12s to load a simple page....i try 3 hostings site with advanced package and nothing...so slow...heavy load.
and i try:
-cnd
-code optimize
-cache
-image optimize

Never got a response from Auther.
No updates
Slow website speed
Not User friendly
No online ordering system(if you want online ordering system, so you have to buy an extra plugin for that or go with simple woo-commerce )

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are having problems. Please let me explain. We make updates when they are needed. One is in the works now and will be available soon. Slow speed is hardly every due to the theme itself, it is rather a server side issue, we can help you with that. As for the online ordering system it is just an alternative and its visible marked as paid option. You can use WooCommerce for it too, which is supported by our theme and its free. Please provide me with your ticket ID and I will check it for you and will also check the reason for slow load speed. Hi, thank you for your review. We have to disagree with you though. The design is a matter of personal taste, and 2000 people including you purchased the theme basing their choice on the design. BERG is highly flexible as it is WPBakery based theme so you can build virtually anything with it. Loading times are hardly ever resulting from the theme itself. I would rather look into the sizes of images, video used, 3rd party plugins and caching solutions. Too many bugs. And big problems with this faulty WPBakery plugin. Never again.

for Customizability

This is a great theme and has plenty of design options. The restaurant reservations plugin has a few bugs but that is a plugin author issue and fixes are available.

The next step would be to build a robust woocommerce integration. The theme does have woocommerce but there are several issues that need to be fixed.

The customer support for the theme is responsive if you raise a ticket and issues are resolved in a couple of days.

Hi, I am sorry about your experience but please consider we might be living in different timezones, we do our best to address all issues within 12hrs within the week, and 24hrs within weekend time. You opened your ticket only 6hrs ago. Middle of our night. I did address you ticket already. Additionally there was no issue at all, just make sure you generate custom CSS with a button when using custom colors. Thanks!
