I was really happy to find a clean, modern, good-looking theme design that had a good balance of options -- not overwhelming. There were some configuration options that took some investigation (for instance, how the one-pager setup compiles multiple pages into one), but I can understand now why it was done that way. I contacted support several times and received timely and helpful responses. Very happy with the final site we created using this theme.

My experience with customer support has been very satisfactory, I reccomend this theme!
Excellent theme with great, fast response!
I'm unfortunately rating this theme one star because there is ZERO support. I emailed a few days ago and got no actual response, no auto response, no confirmation my request was even received. Then I came on here and read the rest of the reviews from other people who have had the same thing happen, making it clear it's a pattern.

the theme presents several errors, such as misaligning the slider and importing data from the failing demo as well
The support is very bad. Every time I need support, I have to write a couple of emails to get an answer. Best result for my first question was after about 20 emails for having a reply.
Just again I need support. It is the same story. After writing again more than 10 emails and waiting 2 weeks, there is no reply from the author!!!
My advice to everyone, don't pay for the support. You'll not get a reply!!!

Custom work not included with support. You did't paid us for your custom work.
Very worst support till date I get from any other theme support.
For critical issue raised they just send repetative email like "We are on vacation - we will get back after 7 days" - I lost my client and clashes with client.

Support was so helpful and answer all my questions. I love the design of this theme :)
Good theme on desktop but not as well made on mobile.
A nice clean website, fairly easy to edit. When they say full support for this product they mean it! I am a novice when it comes to WordPress and made a silly mistake. I sent an email and had a response within 5 minutes. On a Sunday morning no less. I told them my issue and it was resolved in about a total of 15 minutes with no hassle at all.
