Very bad service, I have had no response to an installation enquiry since yesterday. I want to make a claim for a refund, the subject does not work as indicated.

The website is simply fantastic, it's all easy to manage, even for people who don't have the greatest experience with any of this.
Not flexible with a few bugs, the customizability it has doesn't work well enough. Also the creator was hard to communicate and at some point just stopped responding while my support was still active for 5 more months.
