As we can see, the video works fine and we did not noticed anything wrong. Unfortunately, background videos does not work in some types of phones but this is more technical issue of mobile devices.

If you mean subheader, make sure you did not disabled it under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.
