since v23 i have been having to restore to the 22.0.3v in order to continue to be able to edit using wpbakery. has something changed? I have been using BETHEME for years on MANY sites with no issues updating until recently. can you explain why I cant continue to use wpbakery?
you can use WPBakery with the most recent version of course. Please make sure you have the most recent version of plugin installed. Any plugin bundled with the theme, can be updated from Betheme > Install Plugins section.

What can i do?
as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means that you did never bought any license of Betheme. If your client did, ask him to create an account on support forum so you can post there instead.

Big thanks for the latest update. The new Theme Options and mainly the new Muffin Builder are awesome. Much better than before. At least to me.
One little question – I’m using Overlay menu for my client’s website. There is still no option to use Escape key to get out of the overlay menu? It really seems natural when someone clicks on Menu icon and then they change their minds to just hit Escape and be back on the website. As of now they have to use the mouse/trackpad to go to the top right corner to click on the cross sign.
Other than this I’m having a hard time finding any flaws whatsoever! :-)))

Hi, i made update on theme, but when i open slider revolution i can’t add slider.
I click on New Blank Module, New Module from Template, Manual Import or
AddOns but nothing changes…

Is it possible to make this theme fully ADA Compliant? For example keyboard navigation (I see that you can’t highlight an element with the keyboard, or at least it doesn’t show highlighted). Is it possible to build an ADA compliant slider? Also the menu on mobile view seems bugged, doesn’t open anything (works fine on desktop version).
Betheme was never prepared for ADA so we are afraid that too many customizations in files has to be done to make it possible.
According to mobile menu, where exactly it does not work? We did not noticed anything wrong regarding this kind of menu.

ok you want to earn more money by forcing people to buy a license for each site even blocking the theme options but at least put the licenses at a lower price after buying the first !!!
according to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
This applies to all themes on Envato marketplace and not only Betheme.

Ive just updated the theme to version 24 and i have gone to click on page options and it appears that everything from the tutorial to the icons is being shown. This part appears to be completely broken.

this has to be cache on your end or a plugin installed for Safari because we’ve checked your website in Firefox, Chrome and Safari and in each, it looks exactly the same. We did not noticed anything wrong at all.
Ok, solved! it was WP Fastest Cache which caused the problem. Emptied the cache and it’s fine now. Thank you!

Hi! I’m using Betheme on my domain www.lisetverberne.nl. Now I would like to group the services I offer into different categories for which I have created four subdirectories to make it all more organized. Example: one of them is now www.thetravelblogger.lisetverberne.nl. Another is www.thetravelphotographer.lisetverberne.nl. Do I need to buy separate licenses for these subdirectories or are they under my main site and can I use the license I already purchased? I hope you can clearify this for me. Thanks!
one license is fine, you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

hi. can’t understand: is support forum unavailable if support term expired? i have no success to look through answers in topics and sign in. tried to log in and reregister twice as i have 2 licenses and had an answer on the second try: Support period expired on: February 19th, 2021. Please extend support or buy a new license @ Envato. is it a standard practice to do like that for you, or thats a mistake?
