My original support had run out but I experienced a problem of not being able to update my Betheme. I found out I could ask a question via the ThemeForest theme page and I did, and was pleasantly surprised that they answered my question and even access my dashboard to see what the problem was to fix it.
I had forgotten to deregister my product license from the subdomain I used to originally build the site and they were able to deregister it for me.
I really appreciate the out of terms support. Thank you.

Ei soovita. Dokumentatsioon kesine, 404 error võimatu theme baasil lahendada, abi praktiliselt puudub (pigem aega kulutatakse, kui aitamisele) jne.. Seega see hinne.

We always appreciate honest and relevant feedback. Unfortunately, yours doesn't tell us anything. First of all, it is not in a language we understand, so when answering, we can only rely on a google translator.
From what we understand, you're saying we don't provide any help, which is not true. We checked all tickets and the forum thoroughly and there is 0 messages from you. Therefore, we completely do not understand why you claim that there is no support.
In addition, there are many other ways to contact us where we also help, such as Facebook Community or YT. It is therefore easy to see that the support we provide is not only fast but also effective. But you never contacted us.

WOW, big applause for the new update. You guys did an amazing job! The backend runs much faster and the scores in Google Page Speed and GTmetrix have also improved significantly.
