The columns are very narrow for the product when 2 or more columns are configured. If you looked at the page, you would see examples of this. They are not spreading across the width of the content section of the page. I have several other themes and don’t have this problem of narrow columns.

I have purchased the betop theme and I am having trouble submitting a ticket for support. I entered one and didn’t receive feedback then I attempted to add another today and I am getting a message I am blocked. I should have support through January 2024. I have a question about how best to receive support on the theme and I also have the question below-
Currently, I am struggling to figure out how to add the Psychology Today verification code to my site. I attempt to use the html widget in elementor and nothing is showing up. Psychology today offers the code as a cut and paste so I do not know if anything needs to be modified or not or if I am using the widget incorrectly.

With proper demo import and pre-packed plugin there should not be any restrictions while displaying pages. In demo import, the theme will automatically install all the needed plugins and settings. You do not need to install extra plugins. So, please try to check the issue by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins. In addition, as for testing purposes, I can recommend you try to install and import demo layout into a fresh WordPress environment, with fresh WordPress and proper server limits there won’t be any restrictions

Try to Logout from the support site and log in with the help of the Login with Envato button, so the account will be synchronized with your Envato account
There is no such kind of option in the theme by default. However, you can try to use the multi-site option of WordPress and import all the needed demo layouts with the Homepage.

This is not good enough, the latest version is 3.8.2 and Wordpress latest version is 6.1, it simply means if I purchase this theme I will have to run on the older version of both wordpress and Elementor pro and the elementor pro isn’t included your theme package

The theme comes with all the demo layouts by default. You can import only one demo layout. There is no option to combine. However, you can add new pages and build the same pages by using elements manually from your side

I have purchased this item not knowing that it is not compatible with the current version of Elementor. The problem is that the screen-wide sections come with white spaces on left and right. As I understand, this could be solved by using an older version of Elementor – which one shall I use? I have tried up to 2.7.0 – it is apparently not working (the screen goes blank), and 2.8.0 – the problem with spaces remains. Please advise which Elementor version I should use to be able to get the result as on the demos on your website?

I’m unhappy with this theme. I cant install the Demo themes at all. This is why I bought it. I would like this fixed or get a refund ASAP. I have made sure the PHP is set to the correct variables and still not importing. I opened a ticket and I am still waiting for a response.
