they started great up until one of their customer support member called Hieu Bui – G5Theme

got very very rude to me started accusing me of lying and stealing the theme he kept saying be honest
if the guy was working in a zoo he could speak with animals better
while it is clearly my website with a redirection link

ive got help before from others and they were great this guy was very very very very very rude
watch out guys you don't want to get insulted for a support request

other than that the theme is okay few errors here and there that can be fixed if they do have a respected support team

When I want to add a property via mobile phone, there is a problem! Adding images absolutely does not work! When I click on the button - add pictures - it does not respond!

My checkout page on woocommerce is completely broken, it appears completely chopped up.

Max Input Vars 1000 - We recommend setting max input var to at least 3000.
Max input vars limitation will truncate POST data such as menus See: Increasing max input vars limit.

What is problem happened? If you use feature Install Demo Data => we recommend set Max Input Vars like that for our problem run 100% perfect, if not set, as our experience, have some hosting doesn't work 100%, i don't know why.
That is reason why i recommend setting like that. If you don't want or don't use feature Install Demo Data, just remove it.
I think that is not big problem and hope you re-think about your rate.

Vivo haciendo reclamos, siempre tengo un problema distinto. Estéticamente está muy bueno, pero la verdad es que me esta trayendo problemas con mi cliente al cual se lo instale.

You can't get all things when buy a theme on ThemeForest, just $60, always have problem need to custom or add new or delete.
We sell a theme and make sure it working as it is and my demo. Can't to adapt 100% you want, sorry for that. Thanks

the admin fixed a few issues i mentioned, which i think is a very big PLUS in customer support.

one more issue is to be able to add cities, nieberhoods and street names in bulk or at time of adding new addresses.
