can't change the logo design , how to change

Hello,
You can change logo globally in Biagiotti Options > Logo and please make sure to set all logos (default, dark, light, sticky, mobile). If some pages are still displaying logo by the theme, then it could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article - The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

i'm really mad about this purchase, i cannot update some plugins because the licence is owned by Mikado, and i cannot also import the demo available , even when i do import, it imports an empty template, that's so embarassing ,i used to buy several templates, it's the first time i had this issue with a template.

You should know that Revolution Slider and WPBakery page builder plugins do come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for them as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Very fine !
I have found two issues that I expect to be resolved, but the support team defended them as features.
Here are the problems:
1. This theme is not supporting a wp_body_open core WordPress hook, added in 5.2. A theme compatible with 5.2, should support core hooks, else I expect the supported version to be other.
2. No more than 4 product images are supported in the product page when thumbnails are left of the main product image. This is a big problem, as when discovered the design should be changed.

We are sorry to hear this but we do see that your request has been responded to and that you were provided with guidance on how you can add this.
When it comes to the thumbnails images this is by default you do have 2 option, one is to have the thumbnails on the left side and the other is to have the thumbs underneath the image. With the left side thumbs you will be able to show 4 images because of the layout and design, When it comes to the underneath the image, you can have as many images you wish.

I am highly disappointed with your support. Never seen a situation where a support team can't help a customer with resolving a technical issue in this case rolling back to a WooCommerce version that is compatible with theme. No way in your documentation where it says we as customers should not update plugins on our site because you haven't released a newer version of the theme and when we do update these plugins we are held liable? who does that. Also, if we do not update these core plugins the theme works with, we open security vulnerabilities on our sites which you are aware off.
Long story short. I am highly disappointed.

When it comes to outdated WooCommerce files you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
The theme will work with the latest WP and WooCommerce and if you need any bundled plugin update you are more than welcome to get in touch with our support team which will provide you with t he latest versions.
