I can't import the demo content, Every time I import it I got this message (An error occurred while fetching file from: http://codexcoder.com/demo/big-event/content.xml!
Reason: 404 - Not Found)
THEY REMOVE THE FILES ALREADY !!!!
AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!
DON'T buy this event template as it is NOT working as presented.The CALENDAR is NOT included!
When installing it bugs and support replies the developer no longer offers it so you will need to buy it seperately elsewhere and
also that codexcoder will NOT refund you
Now why are they selling it as an event calendar theme if the calendar is not operational, although it shown to be offered and
operational in the preview. Why don't they inform that the Calendar feature is NOT included, as clearly they know this problem?
I feel my money has been stolen.
Yes, we felt your pain point. We also had supper because we purchased " Extended License" from that author.
But they removed their item. Themeforest term & condition if third party remove their item it's their own choice and client won't be able refund from them.
Hope you understand.

I get 2 errors upon trying to activate the required plugin Modern Events Calendar
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

The "documentation" is very basic and only covers what most experienced WP users already know how to do. But when it comes down to the specifics of this theme, it leaves you with no help at all. Lots of time wasted trying to locate certain features.

I must say there is excellent customer support! One theme that I need to have bugs, but they quickly and good solve it! And it's most important, really.
As you cant, have all perfect. WordPress update all the time... so if you have fast support is crucial, and as I said, they have good support, so it is the 5 stars!

***Beware of this theme and seller****
I would rate this theme negative 5 stars if themeforest allows me that. The theme sucks in all aspects. It lacks basic customizations like background color and element colors including predefined settings.
Right from start of demo import till first page I am stuck since many weeks of sloppy support and slow and useless responses from seller. Almost no customizations and when asked, seller asking me to do from css code what the heck..
I brought it, seeing its description, however its simply waste of time and shitty support. I request themeforest to throw such seller out for ripping off the customers or provide refunds. Super disappointed!

I don't understand why it is hard to install your theme and import your demo and how your contact support isnt responsive!! I'm super disappointed. We imported the demo data properly and all are fine as demo.
Now you need to add a "s" after "http" from WordPress dashboard > Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL). Then the Theme Option will work properly for changing the dummy content. If you need any assistance, feel free to write to us: support@codexcoder.com

Even though this theme is limited in its customisation it is made up for with Customer Support and Ease of Use. If you want a plug and play option with great support then this is a good choice for you.

I've purchased this theme days ago. This theme includes out of date plugins, that still require licencing. Also the theme is not flexible and customizable. I've requested refund days ago and still waiting for case resolution.
