Hiya

pre-sale question: Is it possible to get a styled progress bar rather than just the pause and play button for the video?

Judging from other users comments, there seems to be an issue with youtube files being displayed. I would rather have the stop/pause/progress bars of the theme than youtube. Is this possible with a non-self hosted video?

Hi cgrid,

Which comments are you referring to? I’m not aware of any issues with displaying Youtube files (at least for the most recent versions of the theme). Adding a styled progress bar would be a more complex alteration that would go beyond the scope of support for the theme. You’d need to seek the help of a developer for something like this.

Heya,

Do you offer paid customisation like this?

Hi Cgrid,

Unfortunately, I’m unavailable for freelance work. However, you could try a service like Codeable for customizations:

Hi,

We have a problem with our portfolio. When we want to modify the pics and information, a new window pops up but it doesn’t respond. Appear a message who says “connection lost” too. Wordpress is in 4.5 and plugisn and theme in its latest version.

Hope you can help us.

Thank you

Hi Edlcreativewater,

Just responded to your questions on support. Let me know if you don’t get my emails.

Hi Andre,

Yes, I recived your mail from support. This message was posted at same time that on support because I didn’t know how contact with support. As I said sooner on support, we have solved the problem, wich was produced by Google Chrome.

So thank you very much for your support, Regards

I have always loved this theme, i just wish it had a way to add socials on the homepage.

Hi Mct2ok,

Thanks for the feature request! I’ll certainly visit this on the next feature update.

Thanks again,

Andre

Hi, I have a small question. If I Have 9 portfolio items, is it possible to show 3 rows with 3 items in each row on the portfolio page? Thank you for answering. Regards, Richard

Hi, any news on this? Thank you!

Hi Socialpepper,

Thanks for following up! I must have missed your question. My apologies!

There’s no controls to change the number of portfolio items per line – in fact, it depends entirely on the screen width of the user. To change this, you’d need to make some modifications to the theme. Unfortunately, modifications go beyond the scope of support for the theme, so you’d need to seek the help of a 3rd party developer for something like this.

Also, did you know we have a dedicated Support System? We always check questions there first, so it’s the fastest way to get support!

Hi Andre, Thank you for your answer. I already thought it was not possible as it is not in the demo, but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks again! Regards, Richard

Hi Andre,

I’m trying to figure out how to display the image caption, alt tag or image title to the supersized images for my client. The images have all of those fields filled in from the Media Library, but it doesn’t look like the images are pulling the tags to display.

Example: <ul style="visibility: visible;" class="quality" id="supersized"> <li class="slide-0 activeslide"> <a> <img style="width: 1212px; height: 860.52px; left: 0px; top: -112.5px;" src="http://wp-test.local/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/portraits_website_01-1.jpg" /> </a> </li> </ul>

I have the Homepage slide options filled in under the Portfolio tab, but do not see anything in the theme options to call the image attributes to the DOM.

There is this code in the header (line 83): <script> $('#supersized img').each(function() { $(this).after( "<div style="background: rgba(0,0,0,0.5); color: white; position: relative; bottom: 24px; text-align: center;">" + $(this).attr('title') + "</div>" ); }); </script>

Which looks solid, but there is no image title or alt tag in the rendered img tag.

Any ideas or was this never an intended feature for the fullscreen supersized images?

Hi Dave,

It looks like the supersized javascript plugin that the theme uses doesn’t have an alt tag functionality for the js slideshow. There IS an open pull request for this on the github page, but it doesn’t look like it’s been merged into the project yet:

https://github.com/buildinternet/supersized/pull/195

The images on that page are being loaded via javascript anyway, so I don’t know the effect it will have on SEO.

Is finally compatible with WPML? Thanks

Hi Labodoni,

Unfortunately, we haven’t made this officially compatible with WPML. Did you try it with the plugin? I haven’t vigorously tested it, but it should work with the theme.

Andre

Hi guys. I try to update the theme, and it says I have version 1.4.2, but I just re-downloaded it from Themeforest? Tried downloading both versions that themeforest offer (with and without docs), but both show 1.4.2. The theme does not work correctly now with the latest version of wordpress. Can you please help?

Hi Sidekick,

I know we spoke about this on support, but let me know if you need any additional assistance with this!

Thanks!

Andre

Thank you! Yes it turns out a plugin was the issue. Thanks for the support!

Excellent! Glad it’s resolved. :)

Hi I just installed the theme and customised it for my needs. Couple of questions though: 1. can I increase the size of the regular font? Only by a point or two 2. How do I rearrange the menu layout? Currently it is Contact page first and home page last. How can I switch them easily?

Thanks, great theme

Hi Simo,

1. You can do that by entering this into your custom css box in Theme Options > Customize:

body, input, p, ul, ol, .button, .ui-tabs-vertical .ui-tabs-nav li a span.text, .footer p, .footer ul, .footer ol, .footer.button, .credits p, .credits ul, .credits ol, .credits.button, textarea, .footer input, .testimonial p, .contactsubmit label, .contactsubmit input[type=text], .contactsubmit textarea {
    font-size:14px
}

2. You can do this with the built-in WordPress menu system under Appearance > Menus. Check out page 17 of the documentation for step-by-step instructions (with pictures!) on how to do this:
