I did the update but the fatal error remains. What do you mean by Core and WGL Extensions plugins?
These are bundled plugins. You need to update the plugins after the theme.
All the plugins are updated and the problem remains. Everytime i activate BigHearts Core plugin, the website crashes.
The latest available theme varsion is 3.0.0 and BigHearts-core plugins is also 3.0.0
Besides, make sure that the requirements is met.
BigHearts-core version i have is 2.0.1 and there is no update available on my Wordpress installation. How can i get the latest version?

Hello, I have updated the theme and plugins and I’m still getting an error. I followed your directions and regenerated the CSS files too. Just to explain more, some of the pages in the backend load without any styling. It was lots of those pages and after updating it’s only happening on some of those pages now. I have regenerated the CSS in Elementor and also checked that the other plugins are up to date which I believe they are.

I got a developer to fix the issue for me. She added a constant in wp-config which made the styles load properly. She said it was happening because of a conflict in your template. Thanks for getting back to me.

Most of all themes give admin option to mix match sections/inner pages from different demos -> because they add all demo content/inner pages from all demos to elementor library. What about your theme? We can also do that with your theme?
For example i wanna add innerpage or section from demo Stolen Childhood to demo Fairy to mix-match. Is that also possible with your theme like in other themes? That improve speed of working and to build new sub-pages without a lot of work.
Or your theme is limited to imported demo data and we can not import section/pages from another demo of your theme?

I see in your guide no option to mix sections/pages from different demos. So i will have demo homepage A but contact page from demo B.
You can install all pages(all demos) and mix it whatever you like. You just need to try. We will provide you a refund if you will have some trouble with mixing content.

It is how responsive works. When the display is too small for 4 columns, it goes to be 3 columns… You can set 12 items to avoid a single item at the end of a row. Buttons of the tabs also go to the next row when the column isn’t wide enough.
Can I somehow get a refund for this? The template has way too many options. We are looking for something simpler, so we will not be using this template

On first glance this looked soo nice. We downloaded the template, cannot get it to install correctly, and when it does (in sorts), it does not respond to the mobile version of the website. Downloaded yesterday, please refund. We will genuinely not be using this.
