This theme is a NIGHTMARE to customize. Settings are buried in many areas, documentation is virtually NON EXISTANT and support is tragic. The design itself is nice, but what a nightmare to implement.

this site keeps breaking and I have gotten no support from the designer and I am very frustrated. Not compatible with new updates and has caused many problems

Author response

Hi!

The issue was caused by the automatic Elementor plugin update.

Please ensure to update the theme and bundled plugins. We released the update with the fixes a few days ago.

You can find 3 ways how to update the theme here: https://webgeniuslab.ticksy.com/article/19061/

After the update of the theme and the Core and WGL Extensions plugins, please, go to Elementor > Tools > Update Elementor CSS: https://prnt.sc/sbd6zg

Very good theme. I had a few questions, customer service was very responsive. In addition, following some concerns from poor handling on my part, they intervened very quickly to solve the problem. I recommend !!

for Design Quality

One of the nicest looking most unique polished themes I have used over the last decade (and I have used 100's). It is perfect for any charitable type organization.

At first I found it really hard to work with due to the way the demo content is imported - it imports all demos which at first is complicated - but it does allow you to pick and choose elements and template sections from any of the demos.

I also was upset with support not responding as you might see in the comments section. However, they have specific times (business hours, no weekends) and are in a western European time zone. If you submit tickets and keep this in mind, they do respond quickly within those hours - just keep that in mind or you might get frustrated.

There were a few things that needed to be tweeked, and you'll need to find your way around various templates sections.

But all that said, once you get the site setup, tweeked and looking the way you want - it looks and functions awesome - no glitches etc!!

Some people have said the site fails speed test. Likely they did not optimize their images etc. On GT Metrix I got close to 90% rating (91% for structure and that is important) and high marks for everything... so it is NOT slow if your images are optimized.

Lastly, the theme uses Elementor, if you are used to WP bakery or Redux etc, expect a bit of a learning curve. Once you get how Elementor works, it is feature rich and easy to use.

Over all great theme - you just need a little patience... but it is totally well worth the effort!!

for Customer Support

I had to reinstall the theme into the same domain within the first 2 hours of having the theme as first caused issues so decided fresh install. Submitted a customer support request for new code (as the first licence code was used on initial install) - 48 hours later haven't heard from them with new code or reset old so still not installed !! so now my website is empty. Is anyone dealing with customer service emails?
