Support was really good, until I paid for the 6-month extension that the support became very poor. I had an issue after upgrading to Bimber 5.5 where the profile tabs don't appear.
The issue was posted on May 8, until now the issue is not yet resolved. Piotr, who handles my issue, proved to lack knowledge of the product he/she is supporting.
Can I please request this issue be escalated and resolved in the next 24-48 hours? Thanks.
