I am giving this author a second 1-star rating for very poor customer support. I was refused help because I refused to change my previous 1-star rating. It is every customer's right to decide if and when to change their ratings. As per Envato's Item Support Policy, authors are expected to respond to bugs and issues request and help resolve issues, even if that customer gave them poor rating and especially if a customer paid for extended support. But the author of this theme did otherwise, and instead wouldn't help with my issue unless I change my 1-star rating.
